The Platinum Automotive team was amazing during our most recent issue with our VW Atlas. We used them years ago and when my wife called stating that she was having car problems I recommended that she take it here. I was not wrong. They got the car fixed, but the communication with the mechanic and the front office was excellent. Clear communication and explanation of the issues and reasonable pricing. Their after care support and follow up was also appreciated when a related part failure occurred, they got our car back in, fixed, and returned to us within the afternoon. Definitely a local business that we will return to with our automotive needs.

Matt, Drew, and the team at Platinum simply went above and beyond. They came highly recommended from my sister, a regular customer, and my nephew who worked as mechanic with Matt at a dealership said I'd be crazy to go anywhere else. My vehicle had an electrical short, even shorthanded, Matt & Drew worked tirelessly on my vehicle, as we were stranded in Kansas on our way back to Texas. If you need an honest shop that cares about you and your vehicle, Platinum is the place to go!

I visited Platinum for a pre-trip inspection on my truck. Their mechanics performed hands on inspections before they recommended repairs or service. They looked at previous service history too, rather than just looking at mileage. They called me to explain their assessment and discussed costs before doing anything. After agreeing on services to be done, they were done in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost.

Bottom line, these guys took care of my truck in a professional way and earned my trust.

Will travel here from out of state for future maintenance and repair needs. Would highly recommend

I have been going to this shop since it opened and have yet to encounter a single problem. They always go above and beyond when it comes to servicing my 2002 Ford Ranger. Great prices for oil changes, and other services are fairly priced as well. Reliable, trustworthy owner and mechanics. Would definitely recommend this place to people!

I cannot speak highly enough about this shop. They are professional, efficient, and most of all honest. I am so appreciative of all the help they have given me.

Their prices are fair and they explain everything they need to do. They don’t try to scam you for other services like other shops. I have full confidence that when they say something needs fixed, it actually needs fixed, and they will do it right the first time.

Fair pricing, great service but the thing that stands out the best are the superb collection of human beings that work there. I was blown away by how genuine and friendly they all were. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Hands down the best automotive repair customer service we’ve had! And on top of that, their prices are great. They got our Jeep Wrangler in same day, squeezing us in their busy schedule, and even stayed late to finish the job. Highly recommend!!
