I had a great experience here! My engine light was on and they helped me figure out exactly what it was. Chris was a huge help! He was patient and did not give up. We figured out it was the spark plug so Chris replaced it and we even got the engine filter replaced along with the cabin filter. And noticed my brake fluid was low and got that filled! Overall 11/10. Thank you so much NAPA!

I have been buying my oil and filters for a couple years now from Napa. Being a Rideshare driver on average I change my oil every 3 to 4 weeks. I shop online and everything is always ready for pickup within a few minutes. I always tend to buy a local when it comes to car parts

Went by NAPA to get a windshield wiper. Only one wiper was working on the car. Chris took the time to not only put on the one wiper he figured out why the second one wasn’t working and repaired it. He also noticed the car did not have brake fluid and fixed that as well. I asked about caps for the tires and he and Riley put them on for me. All of this for less than $30.00. Amazing gentleman!!! Highly recommend!!!

They’re amazing! Super friendly and knowledgeable. My granddaughter has gone in a few times with needed parts or new windshield wipers and they’re always pleasant and helpful. So thankful to have this in our community!

I'm not from Baldwin City, but a small town nearby. I didn't even know this was here. But I do now! Great folks at the counter, eager to help you. Everything was in stock! The place in another town I was going never had anything in stock. We can order and it'll be here tomorrow... well my machne is down, i need it today. I'll be back.

As the saying goes, parts is parts. As both a DIY mechanic, former tech, and former service manager, I decide who to buy from based on the guys behind the counter. This store has a first rate knowledgeable staff. If they recommend a product, buy it!

Brian and Eric are the best! Very helpful to me in a differential/rear bearing project on my F-150. They had all parts needed and Eric even helped me pull a difficult wheel bearing.
