Joey was incredibly polite and got my food out quickly! Not to mention my personal pan pizza was delicious! Brad and Hunter are cool too

Hope management sees this, I have to say this pizza I ordered tonight is truly the best New Yorker Pizza I’ve had since the 90s! Whoever the chef was seasoned it to perfection, that hasn’t happened before when I ordered. Whatever the chef did made this a pizza to brag about!

Same with the meat lover melt, seasoned to perfection. Please continue doing what you did tonight, it was the best I’ve had since I was a kid! 😊

I thought I made a mistake on my online order, so I called the store in a hurry to correct it before my order was prepared. The staff member I spoke to was very polite and reassuring. My food was then delivered quickly and perfectly! Thank you Baldwin City Pizza Hut!

Absolutely hands down the best service I've had on a very long time. Our server was over the top friendly, he made sure our stay here was the best. I took a picture of him so if you see him know that you have one of the best.

They always get it right! But this time it was perfect! Order came out literally as I pulled up to the drive up window! Food quality was perfect!

I only get this place when the wonderful man Logan parks is working he just brings a whole other level of happiness to me, as soon as I see him in the store or making a delivery I always smile. Whenever someone else prepares or delivers my food who isn’t Logan it makes me very depressed and the food never tastes the same. I suggest you give the man a raise ASAP. And the review of the food is that is very good I mean it’s Pizza Hut cmon

Best pizza hut pizza I have had in years!! Staff was wonderful...friendly...and worked their rears off.

Food was very good and prepared the way I wanted. Staff person at the window was AMAZING. Super friendly, happy, and even offered my dogs a biscuit while I waited.

So today they made a mistake on my order - it happens, in any restaurant. Took it back, they were very apologetic, very quick to make me a replacement, very generous in their offers to make it up to me. Hey, as with any chain, the pizza is the same as at any other Pizza Hut, you either like it or you don't. But the difference is service. Many people only know a place by the times everything's right. As someone with 20+ years in the restaurant business, I'm impressed by how they handle the situation when something isn't. I was impressed today.

This store had a change in management at a terrible time (pandemic). They have always done well by us at the junior high, and always are so great when I pick up pizza to take home. Great service, always on time, and I really appreciate that!

Well my experiences at this Pizza Hut have not always been the best The other night they were excellent

Medium pan pizza could have been cooked a bit longer. I ordered extra sauce and cheese, that, perhaps, I should not have done on a medium pan pizza. My bad. Will do better next time.
