Boyson Jewelers provides top notch service and are always friendly and helpful. We have gone to them for many years and would not go anywhere else for our jewelry needs. A special thanks to Jody for helping me create a special keepsake from my mother's rings while keeping the integrity and sentimental value. The diamond from her wedding ring was mounted in the center of her ruby ring. My feelings when I put this ring on are priceless!

We discovered Boyson Jewelry about 10 years ago and have been very pleased with their service and merchandise. Not only did we find great gifts for Birthdays and Anniversaries, their repair work is second to none. Due to COVID and all the changes in our life, we didn't get a chance to visit the store for about a year and a half. I was most impressed that when I walked in the front door, Jodi without missing a beat welcomed me by NAME! I couldn't believe she remembered. That is just one example of the great service Boyson Jewelers offers. Recently, I brought in some antique pendants from my grandmother and wanted to know what kind of stones were in the setting. Jodi let me know that her specialty was diamonds and instead of sending me home with no more info, she referred me to a competitor who did specialize in the stones I had. She risked losing a customer to her competitor just so I got the info I wanted. Jodi represents the jewelry industry to highest degree and deserves this 5 star review.

Jody and Brett are absolutely incredible to work with and offered support and encouragement every single step of the way! My fiance and I really wanted to pick out my engagement ring together and ended up choosing one in the store and Jody assisted with customizing a few things to make it "ours".
In addition, I inherited my grandmother's engagement ring and needed to get it resized. Their quote came in at a much lower price than other stores in the area, they completed the job faster than other stores in the area, and the ring looks absolutely PERFECT.
They are knowledgeable and experienced professionals who truly treat you like family! I trust them completely and would recommend them to absolutely anyone!

They do absolutely amazing work. He took and fixed perfectly my grandmother's ring that 5 different chain stores wouldn't touch and told her it was unfixable because they'd break the ring trying. He also has done similar things for my mother and he replaced a ruby in my fiance's engagement ring. A ring that is over 100 years old. He has also fixed jewelry for my sister and her husband. Their skill is amazing and even better are the prices. He charges VERY reasonable prices for his work. My entire family has had nothing but amazing experiences with this store. We don't go anywhere else. There's not enough good things that I can say about them.

My husband first purchased my engagement ring over 9 years ago. We've bought my mom earrings and a few other small purchases here and there. Every time we walk into Boyson Jewelry, we are taken care of. Most recently, my mom came in from out of town and is getting a custom setting. We walked in 10 min before close and Jody went above and beyond in helping us pick out something just perfect for my mom's 60th. Thank you for such great care and treating us like family! I called around to get my wedding band fixed and was greeted by Jody. I arrived to the store a short while later and was impressed by how friendly and professional Jody was! She spent almost an hour with me going over repair options and helping select a new wedding band to wear on a daily basis. The turn over time for my wedding band repair was quoted at two weeks which was much quicker then the 4 weeks I was told by another near by store. I highly recommend Boyson Jewelry!

My wife had one of the prongs on her wedding 💍ring 💎 wear down, had all 4 replaced and as good as gold! Told me 2-3 weeks and had it done in 1 week! Underpromised and overdelivered! Very competitive price as well! I worked at Clancy's Men store 30 years ago and Boyson's was located next to us. Known the family for years. Great People.

This review is a LONG time coming. I went in to get an engagement ring without any prior experience. From the very first second I stepped into the store, I felt comfortable. This was the first time I had ever looked at engagement rings, or any jewelry. Jody took an immense amount of her time to give me a crash course on all things diamond/engagement ring. She did all of this, without pushing for a sale or expecting me to buy on the spot. I can't say enough about the time she took, and not brush off someone who may not be a potential buyer. This gave me the confidence I needed to intelligently shop around, but ultimately came back to Boyson because of the level of service I received. I often talk about Boyson Jewelry as the pinnacle of what customer service should be!
