Fantastic employees! Bought my first house and needed some new appliances and I worked with Joe. Joe is so sweet and incredibly helpful. He was so personable and friendly. He helped me find exactly what I needed in my price point and walked me through everything. He also made sure to check in on me when he saw me in other spots of the store afterwards.
He also introduced me to another employee as I needed a new door and John was also extremely helpful in helping me find what I need and getting me set up with what I needed to do.
They absolutely made a very stressful situation go a lot smoother.

We stop there on Thursday! All the staff we ran into greeted us and made us feel so welcome! We will definitely stop back there again ! My compliments to the store manager in how your staff was trained! It real was so nice to feel welcome especially with what is going on in this world. God Bless

Home Depot is the perfect name for that store. Because it's a family affair for real. It's the place that brings the family together room by room deck by deck window by window as well as door by door

Helpful employees and everything you need I was in a hurry to begin with. One man went to find another salesman to help, as he was already helping a couple. I told the salesman, exactly what I was looking for. He helped right away. I told him I had just purchased a new Home Depot Card. He took down the tags to type in the prices for the appliances. We were in and out of there within a half hour! That is the quickest a salesman has ever helped me at this store and I have been shopping at home depot for a while now. He was very friendly. Didn't rush me and knew exactly what to type into the computer, he knew about the appliances and even answered some questions that I didn't know about the appliances as well! I would definitely come to him for help again, in the future if I needed a quick answer

No shoes no shirt no body's going to bother you ordinary dress code round here. If ya chew Copenhagen just spit on the floor.

One thing I have REALLY appreciated about Home Depot is that they don't frequently shift departments around in the store.
I can count on the electrical stuff to be right where it was 2 years ago and the nails and screws aisle is in the same spot, etc. So when I need to just run in and pick up something quick I can walk directly to the aisle get what I need and get out.

Just took in some old burnt out bulbs for them to dispose of. Shop there all the time; I'm going to miss it as I am moving out of town and they are not in the location of my move

Prices are adequate. Used the curbside pickup. Couldn’t figure the app out so called instead. Fast service after that

Brian was amazing. We had shopped around for carpet, found colors we liked, but we were never told what would be best for our basement. He explained the differences in what we liked and was great though the whole process. Highly recommend!!

Hospitality and customer service almost seems like a dieing art these days when you venture out. But not at Home Depot. We had a wonderful experience with an extraordinary gentleman named James. He went above and beyond getting what we needed off the top shelf. I felt bad for all the trouble it was but he did it with a smile on his face and was just so kind. Shout out to James. Thanks for making our day.

Ordered an air conditioner online and picked it up here. It did not work which was no fault of the store, but the return/exchange process was so easy. Nick was very friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service.

The worker at Home Depot was absolutely wonderful she was a great help and had a great sense of humor. The delivery drivers were both very courteous and very good at what they did they did it quickly and efficiently. Both of the men were very very nice I would definitely recommend shopping at Home Depot for any of your major appliances.

Nick, in customer service was extremely helpful with the purchase of a lawnmower.
Another worker was pleasant and took us to outside behind the store, to look at the mower, before we ordered it.

Today 1/29/23 the manager Ty (with a beard) and Donald (working in tool rental) went above and beyond for me! I can’t tell Home Depot how impressed I am. I came to your store when your competition Menards was unable to help me. And these two are EXCEPTIONAL employees! Please keep them and give them both raises! People like this at your store will keep customers coming back! Unlike your competitors at Menards. God bless!
