We went in for a pepperoni pizza. They told us it would be about a five minute wait for it, and they took less time than that! Very respectful and kind workers! Overall a great experience

The atmosphere was brightly lit, nice pizza aroma. Service was very nice and helpful. Very fast. The pizzas were amazing along with the crazy bread.

Updated 12-05-2020 - greatly improved since my original review. Excellent service and once again my favorite pizza place in eastern Iowa.

Service has gotten worse over the past year or so. I use the phone app and order consistently take 20 minutes longer than the phone app says. Food is ok, but standing in a drafty lobby for 20 minutes makes this a bad deal. I used to be a very frequent customer (2 times a month). Probably Won’t be going back.

Good pizza, great price, service was faster than the online order predicted.

I'll preface this by saying they got my order wrong to spark this review. However, the employee named Megan was exceptionally kind and pleasant when I called about this issue. She took care of the problem quickly and is easily the nicest person I've dealt with in the past long while in regards to customer service issues. I would take off a star for the wrong order, but good customer service more than made up for the mishap.

Good pizza, great price! I'd recommend the Extra Most Bestest as it really ups the quality of the pizza for only a buck more over the regular version. Pizzas are usually ready to go without preordering if you only need a couple. However, it's best to call ahead for orders of three or more to avoid long waits.

I always get the deep dish pizza and it’s sooo good! The workers do their best so they had a mixup with my order and offered us free brownies. I love the service and the food, and would recommend this place to anyone.

Big thanks to Paul. He was very understanding about my on-line order, and willing to make it work. My pizzas were ready quickly even though the order did not seem to go through. Excellent customer service!

Great place for a cheap pizza. I prefer the deep deep dish pizza which is a Detroit style pizza. This location is really the best one around. It's always clean and the staff are always great. They do get a little busy and they don't answer their phone.

The manager here is fantastic she is fast and efficient and clearly does a great job easy to see why she has been a manager there for over a year.

Also I've had some fantastic interactions with Dylan another gentleman that works here very polite well mannered fast and does great work I see some raises for those two in the future keep it up yall

Really no complaints. Location was clean, no too busy, and pizza was don't on time. Staff were friendly and order was correct.

The crazy bread is so good. They will take ur request like x butter and x parmesan on ur bread sticks. It nice to no u can get affordable pizza and get free parmesan and red pepper packages free unlike Dominos. I guess thats the way they pay for all their commercials. This locaton has very nice and helpful staff.
