Jerry Green and Rena have been wonderful to work with throughout the years!

I greatly appreciate all the big and little things they have done for me and my children from the time I started as a client.

They have given me sound advice along the way. The little gifts for the kids as they grew were always so kind. Among other thoughtful gestures, I remember the time we were in the new office and the kids were so excited. I think it had a State Farm car, truck, or something that completely fascinated them. One year the kids and I did the summer movie program that gave cards to children, and Jerry made sure my twins each had their own set of movie cards. Rena and I spent a large amount of our phone calls just talking about our kids and how they were doing. I'm sure I could go on-and-on. :)

I have had my insurance with Jerry for almost 20 years. Jerry always goes above and beyond to help me understand everything with my policies and claims. He always lays out all of our options and gives great honest advice. Jerry has been an integral part of getting through all of our derecho claims too. He made the process much less stressful. When we have had claims, they worked closely and efficiently with us through the claims process to achieve the best possible outcome. Jerry and Rena are very good at what they do.

Easy to work with Rena in the office.

Very poor communication, oftentimes they said one thing, then another thing happened in relation to what they said and I never heard an update from them. When we got dropped (for too much utilization of service) they continued to send us offers and spam mail and never informed us we were being dropped, we found out from State Farm directly. Would not recommend this agent.

Mr. Green just came out as I was unloading 3 kiddos (including these two babies) to tell me that I was parked in his spot and I had to move. It was raining and his spot was the only one near the shelter where I wouldn't have to carry 3 kids through the rain from the open parking lot.

I understand that you want a spot for your customers but other Mamas understand the emotional toll one rude jerk can have on an already emotional rollercoaster of a day with littles. Hope you think twice next time you try to move someone from your precious parking spot.
