Friendly staff, I haven’t even signed up yet, but still the front desk worker seemed enthusiastic to answer my fitness questions. Some equipment looks outdated and I imagine it would get crowded quickly if busy, but they had everything I need, will be back to do a trial

I love the choices you have when coming into this Fitness Center. From the pool, spa, and sauna to free weights and and an aerobics room with over 1,000 virtual training videos and classes! You just can't go wrong. I would recommend to anyone, of any age! It's a hidden gem in this town for sure.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, always greeting people as they enter. There is a lot of space and equipment, so you don't have to wait to use what you want, which is really nice. Highly recommend.

The swimming pool is nice.
