This was my first experience at this location. The staff was all very helpful, patient, and friendly. They answered my questions and helped my employee get his paperwork all in order.

Cedar Rapids location is great. Everyone is helpful and friendly. They will help you with your options and let you know everything they do there and leave you be, or literally hold your hand and walk you through the whole process. It really makes everything easier. Thanks especially to Melinda, Curt, and Bill.

The individuals that work there are amazing. They walked me through everything from the time I showed up. I'm not computer savvy, and they were there to make me feel comfortable and aid me every step of the way.

I had an extremely pleasant experience. Autumn went above and beyond to answer all of the questions I had, there was A LOT! I am so gracious she spent the time to help me and put my mind at ease.

In a time of sadness, questioning & worry this office and place is here to help us to navigate our way through. Thank You!

It's as good as any local unemployment office. Although the people who work there are very helpful.

The place Is been very busy with a pandemic currently happening. The site crashed a couple of times . I believe they are doing all they can . They will help all of the people filing for unemployment and
in need of their help . I also believe we need to be patient and try to help them.

Had a lot of applicants for jobs today, I think because of a resent layoff but the employees were on the ball!!

The staff is very helpful and polite. I haven't met anyone who has not been helpful
