Got to my pick up 30 minutes before appointment. The lady in the office was nice and helpful. I don't see where all the complaints are coming from. If you're nice to her and she's nice to you. She was helpful. My load was canceled but nothing to do with her. It was the broker not communicating with my dispatcher. So I give this place 5 stars.

Very nice people and clean parking lot. A little slow to unload but all in all not bad. Make sure you have your DL when you go to check in.

1300 delivery appointment arrives at 1030. Got a door immediately. The lady at shipping/ recieving was nice as well. Theres a computer to check in. BOL was my delivery number. Also there is tons of room to back so dont listen to people saying its tight, completely untrue.

Got here day before my delivery appointment and was unloaded immediately. Very nice people. Yes door was tight but I'm a professional driver.

Was here few times ( pick up), and they do by appointment. They might take you early but loading process is a bit slow. Anyway in/out time is reasonable. Easy to find!

Fast, easy to work with, appt was not until 20:00. Got there at 17:30 and was gone, fully loaded by 18:30.

Arrived at 6:45pm for 8am appointment next day. Luckily they had room for the product and got a door right away. 10 min later they started unloading.
