Awesome place. One of the few BBQ places in Iowa. Tons of sauces, rubs, woods, coals, accessories. Also have different smokers and grills. They hold how to classes, competitions, and are very nice and informative. MUST GO if you enjoy to smoke meats or grill. Would recommend and will definitely be back.!!!!

I don't consider Marion as a small town, but the people in The Grill Works make you feel like you're in one. Personable, knowledgeable, very helpful. I have ordered replacement parts for grills, bought rubs, spices and sauces. They have everything. I live a half hour away and don't mind the drive.

Love this place for all my grilling spices.

I bought my Green Mountain Grill from them in June. One Saturday it wasn't heating up right. I called just to see what I needed to do. They knew exactly what the problem was and they sent someone that day to fix it. The service you get through them is amazing! I appreciate how they take care of their customers!

I am very pleased with the products and their knowledge of them. I purchased the Green Mountain Grill Peak and absolutely love it so far. I also purchased the pizza oven for my grill. We love wood fired oven pizza and it did not disappoint. We will never go out for pizza again! I definitely recommend Grill Works!

Everyone is so helpful and nice. I’m so happy with my smoker, would definitely recommend getting a smoker from here.

purchased a 24” Smokin’ Brothers pellet smoker from them. This is a newer American made pellet smoker they just started carrying. The staff displayed outstanding service and knowledge of the products they offer (Smokin Bros and Green Mountain). Answered every question i had in detail. They even did the initial burn in on the smoker with hardwood pellet of my choice. I would give this business 6 stars if possible. great selection of accessories, rubs, and sauces as well. They also offer smoking/bbq workshops on Saturdays and i look forward to attending some come spring

Finally got a green mountain grill.they were having a great deal this month. Very helpful and informative on set up and care .been going there for parts and accessories for my old inground unit and look forward to my new smoker

The grill works have every spice, and BBQ sause you will ever need check for yourself if you think I'm kidding.

Great selection of items and the staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

Great customer service. But, they didn't treat us like customers, rather more like family. Knowledgeable. Free samples you can try for each spice rub. Highly recommend!

Love this place. All kinds of great rubs and sauces. I've bought at least a dozen from here and they are cheaper here than on Amazon by an average of 2.00 a bottle. Also the cheapest place in town for pellets. Earlier this year I went to their rib class and it was great. Looking forward to the rest of them.

Great place to grab some seasoning for your bbq needs. Owners are great and knowledgeable.

We love The Grill Works in Marion Iowa! We have been coming here for several seasons now, and the staff is ALWAYS super friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy at all. You can sample any of the spices and they have many samples of sauces to try and will help you select something great. They answer any questions about grilling and smoking that you might have and you can trust their answers. Reasonably priced and such a great value. You know what you’re getting and don’t have to guess on whether you may like a flavor. So helpful, kind and educational. They have the true heart of a teacher and want to share their passion with you.

Great customer service. They are very helpful and have tons of information and a huge selection of products. I can't wait to use my Green Mountain Grill. I will definitely be back for accessories and some spices and sauces.

Great staff and great inventory. I came in for a new GMG grill and they had exactly what I wanted along with pretty much every accessory that GMG offers. Lisa was great and took the time to run through the grill with me and all the tips and tricks. You can really tell that they care about their customers and their products.

This place is the best, plenty of inventory. Our sales man Alex was very knowledgeable and helped pick out everything we needed to get started using our new Green Mountain Ledge Grill. The Grill Works stocks so many sauces,rubs and wood pellets for your outdoor cooking. Pizza ovens to rotisseries so much more, also lots of people there to answer your questions.

No idea why we haven’t gotten to know The Grill Works prior to today!! Great folks who were so helpful! SO many options!! We will definitely be back as we expand our own grilling skills and do lots of gifting!!

Great store. Everyone is very knowledgeable and the inventory is remarkable. Huge variety of products. Bought our son in law his Father's Day gift. No pressure to buy and they offer sampling too.
