Best place to shop in-store for Mattresses. Went to mattress firm, Slumberland, Lebeda, all of them, and all of their experiences paled in comparison. They took their time, assessed our needs, and found a solution that really works. Highly recommend. Fair prices too

Ashland was great!! She was friendly and informative, very helpful throughout the whole process. Explained how the bed would work thru the app since used to remotes but did explain remotes would be coming later if wished to get one. She made the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable not stressful or pushy at all. Would recommend her to everyone who needed a bed.

Didn’t really know much about Sleep Number except what you see on TV. The sales lady (Dana) was extremely helpful and did a great job explaining all of the features between all the different models. Would definitely recommend going there if you are looking for a new mattress!

Loved the no pressure approach Paul had. I felt like he wanted to sell us the last bed we'd ever own but only if we wanted it. Was $999 mattresses to $4000 mattresses and he didn't care about the dollar amount. He would have been equally happy selling us the cheapest mattress, so long as we were happy and I felt like even if we walked away (we did the first day to think about it) that he wouldn't treat us bad or feel like we wasted his time.
He walked us through all of the features of the mattresses, bed frames, bedding, etc.

Scott was my salesman, he was great. Took his time to make sure i understood all the feature of the beds, never a hard sell and was very considerate to the right settings for me,. Would recommend it,. Can't wait to get my new bed.

Anthony was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Even showed us pictures of his dog and got us two great pillows! Grade A customer service, that’s how it’s done!

This is my second sleepnumber. I gave the first one away to some friends that needed a kingsize bed. I loved the bed but with my husband passing away I did not need that large size. The guest bedroom bed does not provide the same quality of sleep I chose a p5 360 smart bed with 360 Flexfit 2 mattress. I know it will be nice to sleep well again. The only thing I do not understand is.. Why can't a remote come with a bed that is (not) a split mattress. Thats like buying a Mercedes with out a passenger seat. The bed is expensive yes? Yes, what does it cost you? Not as much as you are charging the loyal customer.
