Kelly Herridge he was absolutely great through the whole process of ordering the car, especially with a few tweaks in the order details and my persistence in the color that I wanted. At delivery he was great at getting things done quickly. Wendy went through the financials thoroughly yet quickly because she was straight forward, skipping the gobbledygook! Kelly did a great job with a personal tutorial on the car operation with all the electronics. I even remember most of it! The only disappointment was finding a cigarette but under the front seat. I do not believe that happened at Cedar Rapids Toyota, but I am disgusted to think someone may have smoked in the car!

After having my hybrid Camry sit at another private mechanic’s shop for 10 days without any progress, they finally admitted that they don’t work on a lot of hybrid vehicles and that their knowledge and training is very limited. Even their ability to work on them is limited. So I appreciate their honesty (wish it was sooner) and had her towed into the Toyota dealership service center. They had her fixed and running again with all the appropriate bits, parts and pieces (more than pleased paying the $477 because the other less experienced garage had me worried I might be looking at a new car)… I was super happy with Mike Bushman’s prompt and direct communication, professionalism and his people skills. A+

Great customer service. John Nus is great to work with, he will go above and beyond for his customers and makes sure everything is perfect with your vehicle before getting it. John was able to answer my questions even outside of his office hours and made me feel comfortable and confident in my purchase. I’m always hesitant when buying used vehicles but John gained my trust and reassured me he’d take care of me and he did. 10/10 recommend doing business with John and the team at Cedar Rapids Toyota.

Drove from Green Bay, WI. Kelly made sure I was aware of the cosmetic issues with the car that resulted in a lower price, and then patiently walked me through all the features on the dash. The financing officer was friendly and helpful, and I didnt get any icky car sales vibes from the place. While I don't want to have to drive all the way out here again, I know if I do, I'll receive great service.

I had went to the quick lane service… I had my three-year-old granddaughter with me… And I had a very positive experience they got me in and out quickly. A positive note is that the environment of the waiting area was superb they have a little room for people with little children as well as a snack area with beverages.

After living in the Denver area, this was my first visit to a Toyota dealership since moving to Marion, IA, I knew it would be good as it only took 4 minutes to schedule the appointment while talking to a real person, not an automated phone system that was so frustrating to get through in Denver. All in all, treated well, car fixed quickly. I’m satisfied totally.

My husband and I worked with Ryan C to purchase a certified pre owned RAV4, and we were very happy with the outcome. This was our first time car buying and I’m very glad we went with CR Toyota and Ryan. They were professional, welcoming, and reassuring to us as first time buyers. We did finance through them as well and we were extremely pleased to work with Tiffany (I think that’s her name!) in their finance department. She was so informative, making sure we were included every step of the way. We look forward to doing business with them again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a Toyota.

I purchased a 2019 Toyota about a month ago from Cassill motors. Within a day I had noticed that there were about five scratches that went from the passenger side to the driver side of the front windshield. I also noticed that when it rained or when I went through a car wash that I was getting water leaks on both sides of the car inside below where the roof rails run. I brought it to my salesman Austin’s attention. He took care of it right away. Unfortunately, Cassill motors glass guy could not repair the scratches. And then Derek in the service department found out for me that there is a 10 year Warranty on the 2019 RAV4 roof rails. Not only did Derek call Toyota and get everything squared away with them to get the roof rails replaced under the warranty, but he also talked with the Sales department and they made a decision to replace my front windshield. I was so happy to hear this news as this is the first time I purchased a car without my late husband. I feel that Austin, in Sales and Derek in the Service Department at Cassill motors, both went above and beyond my expectations. This is my second car that I had bought from Cassill motors and both times I have had a good experience with them. I Would recommend Cassill Motors to anybody looking for a good used vehicle.

Wow!! I never thought that I would say this regarding the purchase of a new vehicle but this was the most pleasurable experience I have ever had with respect to this process!

We live in Wisconsin so we:

1. worked with Alan M and Sarah K (sales) to agree on a very fair car deal, then

2. drove 4 hours (one way) from WI to IA, then

3. had the best experience ever working with Justin H (sales). Justin did an outstanding job of reviewing the details of the vehicle, answering all of our questions, and really just being super nice, then

4. had a very enjoyable experience completing the paperwork with Tiffany H (Finance & Insurance).

This was truly a great experience and we'll likely drive the 8 hours (round trip) to purchase our next Toyota!

Steve Stafford was off the charts amazing. He listened to my list of what I wanted in a new Prius and searched and found. Lots and lots of ways to personalize the car and he did a nice job of listening and focusing on what is important to me. Very excited when it came early.

Tiffany Houck in finance was very pleasant to work with. She quickly explained the many warranty options-- answered my questions -- efficiently checked my choice -- got all the signatures and I was quickly in my amazing new car.

I took my dad there to help trade in, and, as someone that has worked in a dealership, was dreading the whole process. Phil took such good care of my dad, super low pressure, presented all of his options, was a great salesperson for us. He turned us over to Wendy, and she was more of the same, super nice and knowledgeable, had a great time wrapping up finance with her, not to mention the hardware used to complete the transaction was next-level. We finished the entire process in a shade over an hr, and felt like VIPs the minute we stepped on campus. Would highly recommend this dealership and both Phil and Wendy, just a fantastic experience.
