Mike has always done a great job diagnosing our computer problems and quickly fixing them. He is very accommodating, meeting me on nights and weekends to pick up my laptop for repairs. If I’m struggling with a program install, he will walk me through it or quickly install it for me. He has also taken the time to talk to my children about responsible web browsing.

Mike is amazing. He has provided fast and reasonably priced work for us here at Roto-Rooter. We had tried several other local companies and due to the size of our system they would not provide service, stating that we were too small (4 computers and 2 servers wasn't enough). Mike is willing to take on a company no matter if it's big or small. He's very pleasant to work with and does not make you feel stupid for not knowing stuff the way some computer guys do.
