Clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast included a few staples and sweet snacks too. Everything you need and want is nearby.

The rooms were very clean!! The front desk staff were nice. Easy to find it was by Pizza Ranch. (Bounus for me). They did not have any faulse advertising , ice machine worked very good!! Keep it up & we will he back. The rooms were quite too! We stayed in a handicap accessible room for my husband & there was plenty of room for him & a walker & flat floors!! Thank you very much!!

We were very pleased with our stay at the SureStay Hotel in Manchester, Iowa. Our rooms were extremely clean and comfortable - no musty smell which is often found in most hotel rooms. The beds and bedding were excellent. The staff was friendly and accommodating, giving us excellent advice for places to eat. Since we were there for a family wedding, it was wonderful to have a good quality iron and ironing board in our room. The location of the hotel has a lot of advantages. Next door is a 24-hour convenience store/gas station that carried a wide selection of foods and household items. On the other side of the hotel - next door is a pizzeria and then a WalMart is less than a quarter mile further down the road. Only one con - the bathroom was quite small. Do not let the simple exterior of the hotel dissuade you from staying at this here. If we happen to be in this area again, we will most definitely stay at this hotel.

Do not be deceived by the outside. Looks like a motel from the 90's but the inside is from the 2000's. Very comfortable beds, great toilets and sink, excellent TV channel selection and other modern amenities. Due to Covid, breakfast is limited, however, once things get back up and running, it will be a good breakfast. Easy to get to restaurants and gas station within walking distance.

Great budget price!

This motel is very nice, probably the nicest and cleanest motel in town. The staff were really nice and helpful. The bed was really comfortable and the shower had really good water pressure. The “Hot Breakfast” was nice to start the day with. I will be back soon and recommend this place to everyone😁

The town was booked but the manager gave us the last room which was a spare...very kind! We appreciated it so much! Nice place:)

Newly refinished room. Great staff and very clean building. Bed was comfortable, nice and quiet which is what I need. We’ve stayed multiple times and it’s great every time

We were able to plug in our diesel for the nights of stay, making life a little easier! Breakfast was good and hot, quit place, great customer service and room rates!

Awesome motel. Kept clean, daily. House keeping is a great staff! If no one is at the front desk,, just ring the doorbell and someone will come help you right away! Breakfast is closed at the moment due to the Covid situation but you can still grab some coffee and juice downstairs.
The motel is close to a bunch of stores. Convenient gas station is right next door, as well as Pizza Ranch buffet restaurant. Walmart, Subway, Dairy Queen are down the road. Also, the opposite direction has Burger King and many bars to choose from. Can also take a walk from the motel that leads to the river!

Definitely worth the cost of the room! The room had a lot of space, a comfortable love seat, and the wife loved the whirlpool tub. Definitely will visit again!

Very nice and comfortable. The couple that runs it is of Indian heritage. Grandma and grandpa and help in raising their grandchildren. You would think the children but they are put to bed early enough and hardly hear a peep there. The covid protol was rigidly followed. The Pizza ranch is close by, the River Bend is good place to hung out.
Pets are allowed at ..I think $20 bucks...something like that....

While you are there, down the street is Bushel and Peck...for all of your backed goods. Ofcourse, no one can leave without Pop Kenny...

For those of us who run in the morning, drop by at Bushel and ask Kay for her cider magic..she can never tell her, ..nab a cinnamon bun of its your cheat date.

Love this hotel! rooms were clean and updated, staff was very friendly and very helpful. All this for a low price. Will definitely stay there again.

From the exterior this motel is non-descript. But what a lovely surprise inside! Clean, well kept, comfortable, lovely room, and friendly staff.

Super customer service. We were made to feel very welcome. The whole place is very nice and clean and reasonably priced. Amazing continental breakfast!

We stayed for about 4 days staff was great hotel was clean and you can beat the prices. If I’m ever in town again I’ll definitely be staying here.

They only problem i had with my stay at sure stay was all the noise of car doors slamming all nigh and a big dog going back and forth in the hall barking 0ther then that it was good
