Upon arriving at the dealership we noticed the vehicle that sparked our interest had been sold the night prior. Our salesman Patrick was very professional and offered us a look at a similar vehicle. Patrick was knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all of our questions without hesitation. He did not try to discredit our opinions or pressure us into purchasing. Although we did not purchase that vehicle from js, I would definitely return for future purchases. Very good experience and remarkable customer service.

Earl was great to deal with. He went above and beyond and personally drove to truck and told me anything he could and text me pictures of any flaws. Good honest people. I had roughly a 250 mile round trip but was well worth it.

I called on a Friday afternoon as they had a Durango I wanted to trade for. Sent them pictures of my previous car and they sent me a a trade in estimate. I had to work so I didn't get there until 5 (I live an hour away). Scott said it was ready to test drive so I hopped in without any sales person which was very nice to look without pressure. Came back and went the the dreaded "warranty" office where they typically keep you for hours trying to sell the warranty. She didn't do that at all. Asked once if I was interested and left it at that. in and out in an hour! Great People
