Cobblestone Inn & Suites - Manchester

The rooms are always clean and modern.
The parking area is adequate and clean.
Breakfast is set up and going for us early risers who have to get out the door early.
My choice of hotel for Manchester, IA.

We needed rooms for a funeral and the general manager was so accommodating. She gave us a great discount and did all she could to meet our needs. We also have two that are gluten free and so happy to hear they have gluten free options as well as a separate toaster, etc for those that are gluten free. Would definitely stay again! Thanks for making a difficult situation easier!

One of the cleanest motels I've ever been to! It's 4 years old but looks brand new. Staff is very friendly and the room we were in looked like we could have been the first to stay in it. Beds are very comfortable if a bit high to get into, but that is not a deterring factor. They have a good breakfast bar in the morning, coffee was very good. I would recommend this motel without a hesitation!

Front desk employee was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Bed was comfy and the complementary breakfast was decent.

Visited my best friend that moved to Manchester, had a very late check-in, night employee was super gracious about allowing other family to come check out the hotel with us for their next trip. You can smell the clean when you walk in, room was exceptionally clean, even the tops of the picture frames on the wall were dust free! Our King bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the water was so soft that I think my eczema cleared up completely during this trip. So long as my bestie lives in Manchester, this will be the only place I'll stay. Morning employee was ready with a smile and a cheery attitude to start the day right. These employees take pride in their work, and it shows! Many thanks for a lovely night away from home!

Had a great stay here. Friendly staff and clean, comfortable rooms. Slept well and they accommodated our late check out request so we could watch the World Cup final. And Casey’s is across the street for your taco pizza needs!

A lot of my family stayed here for a wedding. They were one of the most nicest accommodating and the cleanest hotel.

We flew in from Florida to visit my dad, who is in hospice at the Good Neighbor Society in Manchester. It was such a pleasant surprise to see such a nicely appointed, new hotel in a small town! It was so convenient being just minutes away from my dad. The staff was inviting and friendly at check-in and throughout our stay. Our room was clean and neat, and the beds were very comfortable, and very high! Morning breakfast was good, with the usual hotel breakfast foods, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, waffle maker, cold/hot cereals, yogurt, etc...the only downside I can find, and it's minor, was the lack of an elevator, as our room was on the second floor, and we had to haul our 50lb bags up the stairs. We will definitely stay here again when my family and I return back to visit my dad.

Very accommodating. Very clean and comfortable and the staff was excellent. We stayed here when our house was damaged in the Derecho. The price is a little higher but the cheaper places have bed bugs. Hard pass!

Staff was very accommodating. Our large group took over the lobby and they were super relaxed about it. They helped above and beyond to get a roll away bed for our stay. The place was very well kept and clean. Truly a nice place to stsy.

We worked at a festival not far from the hotel and we got 2 rooms for the crew. We didn't know what to expect being that we got the rooms for free, but we were very pleasantly surprised. The lady that checked us in late at night was so kind and helpful. We got adjoining rooms and they were spotless. The breakfast was really appreciated in the morning, and the breakfast attendant was so nice, and made sure we had everything we needed. I myself work at a hotel so I know all of the work it takes to keep such a pristine hotel. Thank you all!

I thought the price was a bit high but the service was very good, clean, breakfast was great, I'd visit again. Very comfy beds, rooms were clean, all amenities. Fridge, microwave, blowdryer, your safe staying here....

We had the WONDERFUL opportunity to stay for three days as we're in town from Indianapolis for our son's wedding. What a clean and pleasant stay. ALL of the staff were so very helpful and friendly. Pure Iowa hospitality at its best. Thank you for a great stay!!

What a awesome little hotel in the middle of nowhere. Rooms super clean, seemed brand new. Had a waffle and sausage for breakfast which was included. TV little small but they had every channel under the sun to watch whatever you would want. The beds were absolutely soft and fluffy too!!! Kudos, my hat off to you.

We were there for 3 nights the room was clean & comfy. Staff were all really nice & helpful ! Breakfast was was very good & lots of choices too. We had a great stay & would recommend to anyone !
