Great experience purchasing a new 2023 Low Rider ST. I called from St. Paul Minnesota and worked out the deal including a trade with Greg over the phone. I can’t say enough about his professionalism. Just a very pleasant person. I took the 150 mile ride on my FatBob and Greg actually met me at the front door. It was well worth the ride especially on the way home with my new bike. Greg even told me to call when I got home to know the bike ran good and I got back safely, amazing guy !!!! I was also introduced to Sydney in motorcycle clothes, Tucker in parts, Bryce in finance, and the service manager. Everyone was awesome !!! Just wish they were closer to home. Give Greg and Iron Hill HD a call, so glad I did.

I recently purchased a NEW 2023 Anniversary Heritage, and I couldn't be happier. I actually rode my 2017 Ultra down to Iron Hill from Minnesota with a friend of mine, to pick up his new 2021 Heritage a little over a year ago.

I was so impressed with the sales rep Buddy, that when I saw photos of the Anniversary Heritage and started looking, I remembered to check out Iron Hill. I was surprised to find they were the ONLY dealer at that time that Even had an anniversary model on the floor. I not only purchased one of the first anniversary Heritages available, I also got the Best deal from Iron Hill.

Trucker, the parts manager went out of his way to help Both me and my wife in picking out over $3,000.00 worth of accessories. In addition, he communicated with me on a regular basis as well as sent me photos of the parts as they were being put on my new bike.

All of the employees mentioned are great assets to and the customers and should be commended for their individual technical knowledge and High degree of customer service.

This dealership has an awesome TEAM... I've purchased a lot of bikes over the years, and have never had such an Outstanding experience as I've had at Iron Hill.

My first Harley was a NEW XLH Sportster back in 1972.

Came In Saturday to purchase a tshirt and browse the used bike selection. Greg was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and honest. Ended up trading in my Shadow for a Street Glide and absolutely love it! Huge thank you to all the staff that stayed after hours to help me get some changes made to it, the financing and the staff that rung up my sweatshirt purchase after hours!! I will definitely be doing a lot more business there and sharing with my friends!!"

I had a mechanical issue develop while on a road trip recently. Fortunately, I was close to this dealership as they were able to get me back on the road quickly and the repair bill was fair. Very friendly staff.

On our way home from Wisconsin to Twin Cities area of Minnesota the Street Glide just did not feel right. Stopped at Iron Hill Harley and was taken care of quickly and expertly last minute drop in. It was a worn out tire issue, yes my fault as I hoped to push it into Winter, and despite being my fault they installed 2 new tires just like if I had an appointment. Thanks to everyone in the place I felt right at home and had total confidence with work being completed. Side note, this was a loaded bike for a trip and they worked on it and did NOT once suggest I needed to deal with my stuff prior to them working. All I did was hang out and when we got hungry they even brought us our candy/snacks from our luggage. Highly rated experience.
