Starbucks

We go here through the drive thru several times a week. They know us and exactly how we like our iced lattes. They are awesome. We scan our stars on our phone app. We don't get food.

They have food I can eat as a Celiac. Staff are great! Try a latte with cinnamon or nutmeg steamed into the milk.

Bathroom cleaner is a bit heavily used and the whole store can smell like a clean bathroom with some soap not rinsed away. Not the worst thing but a bit much.

I love this location because it has a drive thru. I have not been inside since they remodeled, but before the remodeled, there was plenty of space to sit and it was always clean, and they have a nice patio to sit if you like being outside. The staff is always incredibly friendly! You can't help but smile after you leave this place!

This is the best location in Loveland. All of the staff are super sweet.

Great crew and the drinks are always good. Friendly and fast as well.

We ordered the toasted white mocha frappuccino and a hot chocolate and both received a free Holiday cup! My favorite day of the year for Starbucks!

The 9am crew on 12/31 were the sweetest staff I’ve ever experienced! Very welcoming, kind and fast ;) and the coffee was incredibly on point! Thank you!

The Hawaii'an Reserve on the Clover was quite tasty. The wifi was speedy. This chair was comfy.

They make such a good strawberry açaí refresher (it’s insane) and they always make sure to leave out the strawberries if requested. I say that because other locations have struggled with that detail from time to time. Friendly staff and swift service, too!

This would be my favorite Starbucks if I lived in the area. Friendly baristas, my orders were spot on, and loved the store layout.

They are always ALWAYS helpful and polite. We've even walked over with our dog and they offer a pup treat (whipped cream in a cup) for her. Wasn't happy when corporate took out the more comfortable seating but employee space may have been increased so hopefully it was a win for them.

I frequent this location daily for my afternoon break. Absolutely amazing staff at this location. It's never too crowed and they have lots of comfortable seating inside and out. The shift supervisor Aunah has a great attitude and is a gem for the entire store. She's a keeper.

As always the staff create a big variety of coffee and non-coffee concoctions made always the way that you want them. I was helped by a staff member who wore a friendly smile. Up til now I haven't taken the time to sign up for their rewards program, but a friend told me that I was really missing out. I guess that I better get to it. Happy caffeine everyone!!!

I’m a regular. Came today only for a pup cup as my pug has cancer and is entering “doggie hospice”. Thank you for making an extra special pup cup on a platter for her puggy snout ❤

I stopped at the west location today, and the employees were great!!! Daniel was very kind, and made my drink perfectly! Courtney even ran my card out to me as I was leaving, as I had forgotten to get it back before I left. Great service from both of them!!

I accidentally ordered the wrong size drink and the barista Amanda was amazing!!! She remade my order without charging me twice! She was so thoughtful and I appreciated her patience and giving me exceptional service! Thank Amanda your awesome

I ordered off my app for the 1st time and I messed up. These guys/ gals fixed my goof up and helped me out! They were so kind about it! I want to thank them for being so kind!!! They have always been so nice at this star bucks! They went above and beyond with customer service!! 5 stars!! Thank you!!!

As per Starbucks usual, the coffee is good and the breakfast sandwiches are hot and tasty. My only complaint is that the lot is hard to get into if entering from the east as the drive through customer tend to line up from the west and traffic can be very heavy on Eisenhower. Lot is tight.

As a regular here, I always appreciate the staff's friendly demeanor. They are always working to get orders out fast, while taking the time to get to know their regulars.
