I cannot even count the amount of times I have boycotted Taco Bell because people were either rude, or the food was cold, or the portions were so small you walked away hungry. Well I finally found THE BEST Taco Bell. Cameron is the Asst. Manager, great guy, super nice and friendly, very professional. My food was prepared by this sweet Mexican lady, forgot her name, sorry, but she is so professional and knows just how to present the food. My burrito was folded so perfectly and it is not easy to do. The food is fresh, portions are generous and perfect flavor! Have to try them!!!’

Manger is very impatient. Yet only had 1 drive though customer. Then he was super rude about my order. I pay to much to be treated as if my purchase doesn't matter. It's getting horrible with service workers. Think about it I'm consuming there food. Kinda bad thought to think. Do better. Everything is failing burger King, red lobster . Do better.

If you love: slow paced, un-thrilled people and have the time. Stop by here! I love waiting 40 minutes for my food! My girls were thrilled to play go fish at the table while we waited, since they were hungry, I drove across town to Wendy's and got some hors d'oeuvres. We ate that there then continued our joyous sit down restaurant experience. ... and then we waited some more... And some more. And then I asked for a refund. I did get two coupons for a free taco. Thanks "Dasha K" Glad my time is valued so highly - but I am glad I did get those puppies so next time when I go I can be prepared with my tent, a gallon of water and some meat to grill.
I also asked if I could "go back there and make my own tacos" - they denied me and I almost gave them a 4 ⭐ just because of that.

This Taco Bell has definitely improved over the years, and everytime I go in I always get what I ordered, and if there's something accidentally missing or wrong the workers have always been understanding and quickly helpful. I was going through the drive thru at 2:15AM after coming back from a concert, and my order was delicious. I especially love how this location is open until 3 it helped a lot. I was missing my veggie power bowl, and I was able to go through the drive thru again with no issues and my problem was kindly solved! I miss placed my receipt but I do remember the name Rosa being on there, so an extra thank you to Rosa for being not only kind but also maintaining that kindness at such odd hours of the night

They are pretty good about the service. Been going to this place for a while now and it’s always treats me well

The drive thru was fairly busy for the time of night and they still got me through pretty quick. The food was good and the employees were very pleasant.

Lobby closes at 10 on most nights.

This was the first taco bell that got my entire order correct and the food was made neatly

The best colon cleanse restaurant in Loveland. The best part is that they have a drive-thru, so you can get home before you blow up the throne!
Don't go inside! DoorDash and Uber Eats had ruined all semblance of customer service. They assume you're with them rather than an actual customer. If you're not with those two companies, use the drive thru.

Food is always good! I don't always get what I ordered but they always fix it no problem!

Great service great staff. Had an issue with the app this 4 th of July. To add I had to wet the app again due to smashed screen. All and all the staff and management went above and beyond to make great on our dining experience. I would recommend this Taco Bell to all. Great experience.

This place was just fine! We came here around 8:30 for a mobile order. The lights weren't on, so it was kinda hard to see the drive thru. Not sure if their lights don't work, or maybe they didn't notice.

Food was good for taco bell. Tasted just like it should have, and everything was 'fresh' as in it was hot. Not sure why this one only has 3 stars, but for me it was exactly what taco bell should be.

I love this place. I eat here at least, 3x's a week, due to it being one of the only places open once I'm off. The line gets extremely long, but the employees always manage to still get my order right! I couldn't be happier, especially because everywhere else ALWAYS gets my order wrong. 10/10, thank you!

My order taker was amazing! Strong attention to detail, owned her (only) mistake by ensuring my bill was correct before I paid, knew the products well and gave me total focus during our transaction. Gentleman who bagged my order smiled big and gave me a friendly closing statement. I'm sad about the poor reviews I've seen about this location. Hoping that's a thing of the past...I had a wonderful experience yesterday!

Since the Enchirito made it's way back to the menu for a limited time, I have ordered one from 3 different Taco Bell's in 3 different states. I have to say that the one here was the best! I ordered online for pickup, and everything was neatly packaged and ready to go when I got there. And so delicious.

Person who took our order pleasant and answered our questions, and was fine with me going back and changing my mind. Person who called our number and handed us our food did so with a smile and nice attitude. We found clean tables, help-youuself area well-stocked, and order was correct, hot and tasty. Best Taco Bell we've been to in awhile!

I visit this location far more than I probably should but it is well worth it even when they have a line going out into the street! The staff is always friendly and quick about getting orders out! I have never received an incorrect order at this location which is a HUGE bonus! Spicy potato soft taco is BOMB!!!!!!!

Was Worth the 30 minute round trip to eat here. Cashier was very friendly, dining room well lit and clean. Food was fresh and taco's crunchy. Visited 03/24/23 around 8pm.

The food was very good. I would go back ! Front end people very nice.
