I come here when I visit my Nana and I love all old Chicago locations but today I had the best pizza rolls of my life the cheese was on point cooked to perfection. My first time getting Margheritas here the patron one was just as good as the house one. Service was great at the bar. This location has plenty of parking, is easy to get in and out of and I had a great time.

Stopped in for lunch and the food was excellent!! The staff was a bit unorganized, the hostess wasn't at the host stand and when she finally arrived wasn't able to seat us for unknown reasons so we sat at the bar. Bartender was attentive until it was time to pay. I believe the manager was going over things with her and another staff member. Other than that it was a good, will definitely be back. May just try a different time.

Stopped in for some beers and pizza, our waitress Ashly was truly the best! So thankful for her knowledge and attentiveness to our needs! The appetizers and pizza were beyond good! Most definitely recommend the rolls! 🤤

I just had to take a moment and share just how amazing the service is in this place! Everything was good, but the bartender Felicia made it great! So personable, funny and attentive! And the drinks were incredible! It’s been a while since I’ve had a chance to go out and enjoy myself, and this was time well spent! As long as she’s there, I’ll likely start making it a point to get out more! Wish all were on her level! Thank you Felicia! 😊

We came in with nearly 50 people and he got all our orders and kept returning with drink refills. The restaurant dis a great job getting our food out!

Went a few nights ago, haven't been to an Old Chicago since a late night visit after a Springsteen concert somewhere in the 2010's. Food was good, service was a little slow, not crazy slow, but the staff was dealing with a new POS so I completely understood. Out Server and manager were super friendly and they communicated well and overall just provided a great experience. My only complaint is that I had to sit next to some jack@$$ who was being extremely rude to the staff and was very loud about it. Honestly, the manager needs to be trained and empowered to kick people like this out the door fast. It ruins the whole night for actual paying customers. Other than that guy, great visit.

Really nice! Everyone was friendly and I was seated quickly. Food was exactly what I needed and the drinks where well made.

We came in this last weekend with a rather large group of parents and players from our softball team. we sat in the bar and it was the smoothest dinner we have had with a large party. our server hunter, was speedy, friendly, and organized. the food took a bit but considering there was so many of us and there were other larger parties in the restaurant too so that was expected. hunter kept our drinks full and people happy. definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to accommodate bigger parties and want to receive great service

I come here often and Felicia, my server is always kind and respectful. She ensures that my drinks are always filled and my food is prepared to my liking. I have never had a bad experience in my time visiting this location. if you go here, request Felicia to be your server.

Writing this review cause our waiter, Eddie, was so terrific (he was being trained by Felicia who was also top notch). He was friendly and attentive w/o being overbearing. It was really busy and the kitchen took FOREVER to make our wings, but he stayed on top of it, checking in frequently and making sure we had a nice experience. You can tell he enjoys what he does.

Deep dish Pepperoni/jalapeno. We had to settle for jalapeno because there was No NM Green Chili. Very disappointing. Pizza was good but if ur gona have green chili as an ingredient on ur menu, u should have it available. It's available in NM😁 Good service, good pizza.

I love how cozy the atmosphere is here, and our server Hunter was ABSOLUTELY amazing.They were on top of refills for drinks, checking with the kitchen on food orders, and so nice!! The cauliflower crust is SO GOOD as a gluten free option. Also good selection of gluten free drink options. I got an IPA! I got the Chicago 7 on cauliflower crust and it was DELISH!

We've come to this Old Chicago several times. I like the food but haven't always had the best experience with service. Last night we wanted to give it one last chance and I am glad that we did.

We decided to sit in the cocktail/bar area and as usual the food was good but this time the service was excellent. Our server, Felicia, went above and beyond my expectations. She not only ensured the accuracy of our order but had a great personality and sense of humor. She kept our table laughing the entire evening.

Thank you for restoring our faith in Old Chicago’s! We will come back often and when we do, we’ll be asking for Felicia.

went in for the first time in a few months after bad service. things may not be 100 % to par yet but i can say i have had the best service to date from old chicago. Felicia made the visit more than great. she was quick knowledgeable with a great personality. i will be back to sit at her bar as she mentioned she will be bartending Sunday.

One of the best dine in experiences...From the moment I stepped in the door and was greeted, I received top notch service. I came in and was wanting to sit on the patio but was closed due to renovations? But none the less they accommodated all my needs. Server was quick to take my order. The food and beverages came out in a timely manner and tasted and looked perfect. Keep up the amazing work Old Chicago! Thank you for making my dinning experience one to remember.

Kendal was awesome!! Could not have asked for better service with a smile. She had us laughing. It was great!! Best restaurant experience we have had in a long time!!!

The food and service were great. I had the strawberry basil lemonade alcoholic beverage, large pretzel bites appetizer and the Chicago 7 style pizza. It was all delicious. My server was informative and kind. The only reason I gave atmosphere a 4 was because the light above my booth kept flickering the whole time other then that all was great!!!

My friend and I visited the Fort Collins area for a convention festival. We settled on pizza and ate at Old Chicago. Our server, Jessica, was friendly and attentive. Pizza and mozz sticks were good.
