The service department at CDJR Mansfield was very helpful when I had a wobbling issue with my 2021 Jeep Gladiator when visiting the area from out of state. They worked seamlessly with my home dealership (East Carolina CDJR) to diagnose the issue and get me taken care of, even when other local dealerships wouldn’t. I’m not in the area to buy a vehicle from them in the future, but they’d be my first stop if I was. The compassion, understanding, and efficiency that they showed was top tier.

I did not end up buying my new vehicle from here but it was through no fault of Blaise or the staff. My salesperson Bryant was extremely helpful and no pressure and Joel the manager did everything that he could to keep me from walking off the lot without a purchase. Even though we could not come to a mutual number Bryant and Joel did everything within their power without being too high pressure and made me feel like they truly wanted to earn my business. Next time I am in the market for a new vehicle i will absolutely check out Blaise.

Great staff! We actually came here on our drive home because something was wrong with our jeep and then we just so happen to buy the Jeep Rangler! We had Stacey as our sales person! I really wasn't going to buy a car that day. I had every intention of "shopping around" and checking out at least a half dozen other 2019 Dodge Durangos. That's rule #1 according to the YouTube videos, shop around. Well I planned to play the game but in the end they made me an offer that I just could not walk away from. They gave me what I felt was a generous offer for my trade-in. And when I told them what I felt was my bottom line Tony and Joey made me a reasonable counter, which brought the car within my reach.

An unexpected plus was when I mentioned that there was no front plate bracket to mount my Marine Veteran license plate Tony said he'd throw one in for free.

My one complaint was that there was only one key fob with the car. In the end Tony simply told Joey to order a second one for me. It's on backorder, but Tony guarantees me he will get one. Good enough for me. Naive? Maybe, but I am a man of my word and I like to believe others are as well.

Drove 9 hours to purchase a 2018 Ram from this dealership in August. Derrick was my salesman who was very helpful throughout the entire experience and has continued to keep in touch to ensure my full satisfaction. We could not come to terms on my trade but I do not hold this against them. The truck I purchased was supposed to have two keys but they could only find one set. They were kind enough to order and mail me the new key and reimbursed me for the programming fee since I was unable to bring the truck back to their dealership.

Took boyfriends truck to their service department to have the computer updated and decided to look at their vehicles because I needed a newer one and we bought a car from a wonderful salesman Derrick. Everyone I was in contact with today were very helpful and friendly. I'd definitely recommend them to friends.
