First time at this place. Love the convenience you can go to your doctor's get blood work, mammogram, girly stuff done in one place. Then you can go to the eye doctor's there's a dentist office as well but he is not excepting new patients at this time. The receptionist I seen were polite and curtious along with RN very nice experience for my first visit. Dedania Rosado was nice and consideriate and listened to my concerns. Greatly appreciated. Looking for long time relation with this Family Practice.

A large parking lot with wheelchair parking and access. The waiting area is large clean and has plenty of seating. The receptionist are helpful and curious. I have visited the imaging center three times and was treated very well. There are many other doctors in this facility, like cardiovascular, dental and imaging to name just a few.

My husband and I both see Dr Davis and love her to death. I'm so glad to find such an awesome Dr who cares and understands. My daughter and son Dr Veach and she's just as good. Awesome group..

The staff here at FamilyCare Newport are the greatest. They are friendly and always on time to take care of the patients. I always look forward to coming here knowing I will get the best treatment in the area.

I think the location, staff, and service is all all awesome. I hardly have any wait time and their hours work for my family and me.

Dr.davis has always helped me and I am greatly grateful she is my doctor.

Clean and friendly

Since we have been using this practice, we have seen some changes and had to make some provider changes ourselves. Our entire family does use the same provider and that makes it easy. This is local and is nice not to have to go over the mountain for routine care. We are pleased with our physician, whom is a M.D. She listens to our concerns and also is willing to help us if we are having an issue. She is thorough and responsive. I have no complaints at this time with this office. The staff is sometimes not what you would expect, in the way of not being assistive, but that comes with all offices I suspect.

I like that they have the imaging and blood draw site there as well.

The doctor my kids see is very nice. We were here yesterday and my 11 year old needed 3 shots and she was scared. The lady who assisted the nurse giving shots was very rude to my daughter because she jumped when she was cleaning her arm. She yelled at her and told her to "sit still, if you make me poke myself with this needle, you and me are going to have a serious issue." Very unprofessional to act like that towards a child whose scared.

Not impressed with office since my provider left. Emails and health questions go unanswered for days. Both issues I have had after unanswered calls/emails I ended up needed to seek care at Patient First. As a UPMC employee I know this is not the appropriate way patient needs should be addressed. I have now had to make decision to start going to Carlisle for my PCP care.

There's one grumpy gus who works here who really shouldn't be working a window! I have had a pleasant experience with everyone I've dealt with. She's rude in how she interacts with the public! I stood waiting to be called to the main window, 3 of them were talking and she rudely called me over to her window! Told me my doctor isn't part of their practice, yes he is, then huffed and puffed bc she actually had to deal with me! Huffing and puffing at someone is not professional!

Have definitely had more self righteous/judgmental encounters on behalf of the staff at this Dr. Office than any other. More than any hospital that I can recall as well. Once you are labeled, it’s very difficult to get decent service here. I wouldn’t recommend unless you have to.
