Thompsontown Corner Deli

This was a great find. We was traveling and needed a lunch stop. It was right off the road and the other good reviews don't lie. Small inside but the food came out fast and was very good. Ice-cream stand on the outside. Big portions of food so there was no room for dessert.

Very small town establishment with excellent food and friendly atmosphere. Sandwiches were fresh and tasty, fries were plentiful. Very limited space. Highly recommend.

Great place to stop get some delicious food. I got liver with onions and mush potatoes. Taste so good. Wonderful service and nice atmosphere inside. I really do appreciate it.

Passing through this area and stopped here for lunch and loved it! Small, quaint atmosphere. Everyone seemed to know each other and the owner walked around to greet everybody. Employees were all so friendly! Home cooked food & prices were excellent. Will stop back again. Definitely recommend Thompsontown Corner Deli!

The eggs they served for breakfast were fresh and delicious. Great place to stop for breakfast on our travels from Harrisburg to State College.

I absolutely love this little place. I grew up years ago visiting Pennsylvania from Arizona my home state. From them to now the quality, serving sizes and customer service has stayed the same.. if you want great servings of ice cream this place is a MUST

It is getting hard to find a good bowl of homemade soup these days. They have, in my opinion, the best regular homemade soups around this area. The one pictured is a weekly special, sausage cabbage. Yum.

A nice park and clean restrooms, a stop for us on trips that way. Excellent service and great food at the deli restaurant on the corner. Root beer floats are delicious.

This place was absolutely adorable. We stopped on the way home from a Penn State game and had a very nice experience. I got the burger and macaroni salad and all of the portions were really good and the food was overall very tasty.

Just moved here from Newport a few weeks ago. After a few days saw there was a Deli that served Breakfast ALL DAY!! 😯

I tried the eggs,Bacon, and toast! Perfection! Everything is cooked spot on!

I've also tried their Ham&Bean Soup. It was just like Grandma makes it!

Seating is tiny, but we found the parking lot PACKED for breakfast. Ordered lunch (including some of their 24/7 breakfast items) and enjoyed every bit of it. Ice cream options were delicious. The "flurries" are a bit different than expected, as they seemed to be soft serve with pieces just added in, but still delicious. Soft serve was amazing. Staff was super sweet and accomodating. Worth a quick detour off the highway.
