This is a very disappointing Erie. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone ! The agent does not stand with their client. After being scammed by an Erie Adjuster Brian Schroyer , they told me the case was closed and not to worry about it , because he was in the wrong. After receiving a paper bill from Brian , they told me it was out of there hands and there was nothing they would do. They also told me an adjuster would never ask for funds, it was Brattons that would have been asking for it , but it said paid and done with it , now they are forcing me to pay the adjuster now as well. They are total rip offs. I am throughly disgusted . I cannot wait to take my business elsewhere. This is a warning to anyone to avoid this company at all costs.
