Proto's Pizza | Broomfield

This pizza place is a hidden gem! Every time we eat here I am surprised that there is not a line out the door! We absolutely love the Low Rider pizza! The service is great and the pizza is hot and delicious! Worth the trip every time!

Visited on Superbowl night, it was empty. I am told it can be crowded other nights. Pizza: very good, perhaps not divine, but very eadible. Service - hilarious and quick. Overall, great vibe.

The bartenders were so kind on a very busy night. Props to them for getting so much done and being calm with every customer.

We loved our pizzas as well! The atmosphere is pretty fun. Lots of people ordered takeout pizzas throughout the night.

The quick. Good. Pizza. 🤘🏻 My kids and I needed dinner and Proto’s popped up on Google. I was sold with the LGBTQ+ badge. A quick phone call to check on gluten free crust, and we were there. My kids loved the Traditional with extra sauce. My gluten free with pepperoni and mushrooms was fabulous. Ash was totally right about Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles too. The music was amazing! 10/10 for sure.

Love proto's pizza. I like the atomica pizza. Haven't got it in like 5 years but its so good I still remember what its called. Easily my top 3 most favorite pizza in colorado (because we all know colorado pizza is generally extremely bad, theres only like 4 places that are good in the whole county)

Great service cold beer and hot pizza!!! This little spot in Broomfield hits the spot!! A perfect spot for a quick bite and beer before an event at the First Bank Center in Broomfield. The atmosphere is very comfortable and the happy hour specials are amazing!!! Protos is going to be our new hang out before shows or events now!!! Also there is plenty of parking in the parking garage!!!

The Margarita pizza was phenomenal! They serve fresh salads and great appetizers. The staff is super friendly and the restaurant has a great environment!

Proto's has a nice selection of pizzas that are all made authentically. They have the kinds of ingredients you'd expect from a legit pizzeria. I ended up getting the Hawaiian pizza which was very good. The pineapple was fresh, the ham flavorful, and the sauce and crust were the way I like pizza. Even better, this place will take your order, and they'll walk it to the neighboring Keg house if you're in the mood for craft beer and delicious pizza.

Best pizza. Enough said. Just go I'm honestly disappointed if you haven't eaten here yet. What a sad and depressing thought. You have never experienced the overwhelming amount of deliciousness coming from this pizza, and that's just sad. So instead of being sad that you haven't had real or good pizza just come here and eat some. You're welcome in advance. Congratulations on discovering your new favorite restaurant.

We have always enjoyed Proto"s, and it seems to only get better with each visit.

By far the best tiramisu I’ve ever had. Every bite was interesting, creamy but light. The lady fingers were perfect. Perfect bite was with the chocolate covered espresso bean. HIGHLY recommend. The pizza is amazing, my wife had an Italian soda with vodka and it was perfectly balanced. Atomsphere and customer service is 10/10.

No complaints about Protos. I've been to several of their locations and the pizza and cocktails are always great!

Service, service, service (not a typo), food, and regulars were all impeccable. Can't wait til I have the pleasure of coming back.

We enjoyed our pizza at Proto's, we got a margarita and the low rider, super tasty, whole restaurant smells fabulous once you walk in. We sat at the bar and enjoyed the cocktail list. We were looking for a relaxing dinner but there was an intoxicated gentleman at the bar who kept talking to us the whole time, like the entire time that we were there, all through our dinner. Bar staff/staff should control that better. We'll be back though.

Back again on 3/3. Then again, I've been here on Fridays for years. I may have a problem. Looking forward to eating some saucy clam!

This is my favorite pizza in the Denver area. The staff at the Broomfield location is the best, the location is nice, and so Proto's is the default setting for lunch for my work mates and I. And I usually end up taking my volunteer crew there for meetings, too.

Throughout the pandemic, we kept going to get takeout pies: they'll happily half-bake them, and then you can finish them at home on your oven. We still do that, too. I prefer to preheat a gas grill (with some wet wood chips in the bottom) and bake them for 3 minutes at about 550°F.

Proto's is an incredibly delicious and legit wood fired pizza restaurant. Love the local vibe and the awesome staff.

Stopped in for a pizza for lunch at the bar. The place was very busy, which made sense after we tried the pizza. They make a fantastic pizza. The staff was friendly and attentive and the restaurant as a whole felt clean and modern. It would be a great spot for a business meet up or family dinner.

Delicious pizza and drinks, especially if you're visiting 1st Bank Center or staying at the Aloft Broomfield.

Tried the Atomic pizza and the Ginger Spritz

Nice, cozy atmosphere. You can tell plenty of care goes into the individual pizzas, and replacing toppings is a breeze! Also *highly* recommend the cannoli (recommended to me by the owner, who is *very* funny and sassy). Definitely a great regular spot for Broomfield residents!
