Food was excellent. Outstanding taste and it's the type of place where you'd want order seconds although you're already full. The presentation of the food was visually creative and pleasing. Care was obviously taken with regard to how the food was placed on the plate. For example, we ordered 9 tacos and they were all presented on one board without touching or being sloppy. The variety of sauces (the pack with nachos) is creative and tastes good. The guacamole was outstanding i taste as well. Attention to details are important for this restaurant in terms of the taste of their food and service. Service was 5-stars. Friendly and engaging staff. Attentive to your needs and frequent check-ins to ensure your satisfaction. Options to eat indoors or outside. Atmosphere is cozy and what you would expect for a restaurant near a university campus. The food is so good that I would definitely return! 5-stars!

In town for a visit and this was on my list to try.
We came during happy hour which was nice.
I got the strawberry house margarita as my drink, which was excellent.
We started with their house made chips and their salsa and guacamole. Their chipotle salsa was pretty good and the mild was to liquid.
I got the duck taco and the pork taco, I really like the flavors of the duck one.
My boyfriend got the fish which was delicious
They give you a lot of meat on each one.
Definitely recommend to people.

It was really busy for a Thursday evening, but worth the wait! Great location - we were able to walk around Boulder while waiting for our table. The Cotija taco was my personal favorite, but they had several unique tacos to try! We also got chips and guac which was really good as well. Fresh food and friendly service, I highly recommend checking this place out!

Three of us stopped in for Taco Tuesday on a busy afternoon. This was the first visit for all of us and from the moment we walked in, we loved the place. The ambiance is cool, the staff are super friendly, and the prices are quite reasonable (ESPECIALLY on Tuesdays!). We got a few of their salsas and the guacamole to start and everything was perfectly prepared and presented. We didn’t care for a couple of the sweeter salsas, but the others were excellent. We ordered 10 different tacos and all were just excellent. We had several different staff take our orders and deliver food to the table and all were very jovial and knew their food very well. There was a delay on some fresh chips and they ended up taking that and some salsa off the bill without us even asking, which we thought was excellent customer service. All I can say is that we will now be frequent visitors. We love this place!

These are some of the most amazing tacos you can find in the city of Boulder! The list of taco choices is long, and the toppings are individualized to match your meat, cheese, or vegetarian choice. The cotija cheese taco is an amazing delight, crispy fried cheese with a salty tang. The carnitas and barbacoa are also exceptional, in fact you can't go wrong with any taco on the menu! Margaritas are great, the beer choices are pretty good as well and served ice cold ❄
The staff and service are top notch, friendly and attentive. The decor is creative and very well done, it's smallish inside, but has two outdoor patios.
It gets a little crowded during prime time so be prepared for a wait or make a reservation. Taco Tuesday has some excellent specials.

Good prices, friendly and fast staff even when very busy, no longer offering happy hour. Meats were flavorful and the taco selection had some unique options I hadn’t seen before. Great affordable salsa appetizer: habanero, mild, and verde were all refreshing with good heat and a warm charred flavor; note that the salsas were all blended quite smooth and were not chunky if that’s what you look for. Grapefruit margarita was amazing.

So glad I met the owner and learned about this restaurant during my visit to Boulder. The street tacos and pineapple margarita were a perfect lunch. My favorite tacos were the steak and the duck. Both the staff and the owners are wonderful people. If I lived around here I would definitely be a frequent visitor.

Their street tacos are always so on point here. Great margaritas, food/drink specials all week long, and super friendly staff. Their PBLBT taco is a must have. One of my favorite mexican spots in Boulder

Pete and staff have hit the spot of being a Classic Boulder 'local location with a chill vibe and tasty tacos with solid brews n margs! Staff is friendly to their patrons And pups on the patio.
We hit happy hour and the Walnut street deck and covered bar area was the perfect mix for nice afternoon in what seemed like the BCO of years past- ultra cool.

Fast, friendly, amazing service. Tacos were messy and delicious. Guacamole was nice and creamy. It came with 3 salsas. We liked the pineapple salsa the best. NO MASK OF YOU ARE VACCINATED! Even the employees did not have to wear them. Patio seating had a great view of the Flatirons!

we had a large party and took over the entire restaurant. The food tasted yummy. The bartender was prompt with his refills. The staff did an amazing job keeping the food flowing. Thank you from the parents of the AE graduates.

One of the most fantastic spots for tacos in Boulder.
Everything we’ve had here is fresh and delicious, and the service has always been excellent.
Our crew had guacamole and the salsa trio (fresca, verde, and pineapple), pork belly bowl, carnitas bowl, and tacos (mushroom and carnitas) - plus pint-sized margaritas and a strawberry lemonade.
The bowls are just enough to fill you up, the tacos are almost too filled to eat as tacos.

Service is really good and quick for quality food that’s not too pricey. It’s got a good variety of tacos. Barbacoa and carnitas tacos are very good and came recommended by the waitress. The tacos look small but are very filling. The chips are great, and the restaurant offers a variety of salsa options. Verde salsa was the best in my opinion. Margaritas were also excellent but very strong, so make sure to have water ready if you need to drive home afterward!

Tacos were really good and well priced. Can't go wrong with a margarita to accompany it. Clean place with a good ambiance. The waiter was friendly and helpful.

Ate here for the first time a week or so ago. Had wonderful food and great drinks. Food came out so quickly! The waiter and busser were awesome! I would highly recommend their chips and salsa, as they have a delightful variety of salsas! The guacamole was also good. The tacos are smaller and come out in a platter, recommend trying two or three different ones. And of course, don’t forget to have the sopapillas. They are light and fluffy. The margaritas are freshly made with fresh limes and you can definitely taste the quality.

This place was awesome! Good beer, great tacos, and amazing salsa selection. Our server was awesome and the restaurant was clean. The squash tacos were my favorite, but the mushroom was great too. Very mushroom-y though, so if you can't handle that, don't play that game ;). Great place and food!

A little loud, but the food and service were great. Loved the trio of salsas with the chips. Good fish tacos with chipotle crema

This place is awesome!!! Highly recommend the duck tacos ! The pineapple salsa is out of this world. The bar tender crushed it with great service and margarita !
