Los Osos Rexall Drug

Rexall Drug is a well known store from back in the day. It’s part pharmacy, part gift shop, part local artisan store, part kids gift store and a lot lot more. Even with all the different types of products in the store it is laid out well and has space for customers to walk comfortably. There are great Los Osos souvenirs and t shirts. Lots of holiday wares are dispersed throughout the store on different tables. There are so many great gift options. I would also recommend if you’re buying a gift for a younger child they’ve got lots of good toys and books on the back left of the store. Also there’s local ice cream points in the back to take home as well. Great selection of chocolates by the register as well.

Absolutely the best pharmacy ever! This is a traditional, family-owned pharmacy -- offering a congenial atmosphere and much better service and prices than at corporate pharmacies. Jason, owner and head pharmacist, goes out of his way to help clients, listening to their concerns and supplying accurate, detailed information. The staff is similarly exceptionally friendly and helpful. Delivers, too. Los Osos Rexall makes a real contribution to the community!

Gorgeous shop. Found a purse and earrings within the first 5 minutes for my Mama. Nabbed a sweet little plush dinosaur for my best friends baby. The proprietor threw in some gourmet chocolates to enjoy. They gift wrapped everything so beautifully too. On the house. Great staff. Great experience.

This is the kind of drugstore I remember. Someone greets you right away, eager to help, but also wonderful gifts and treats and cards and whatever else you need. This is where I send my son and my husband to buy me gifts. All around the best pharmacy on the Central Coast. After I had my first experience here 2 years ago I switched all our prescription needs to this Pharmacy even though I live in Morro Bay

Do yourself a favor and use this pharmacy. They have the best customer service that I have ever seen :) The gift shop is amazing too! It's a delight every time I go in

5 stars is not enough to rate the kind and considerate attention my husband and I get from not only the Pharmacists Gary and Jason who are more than outstanding, but the entire staff. Melody, Chelsea, Dani and all the rest are so kind and helpful. I am so impressed with all of them. They will deliver your prescriptions and always have a big smile. They seem to teach that great customer service to any new employees first thing. They all make you feel like your are the most important customer they have. Through the years, they have become more like friends than just a drug store. And as an added bonus, are the fantastic gift items things they sell and the beautiful decorations.
If I could, I would give them 20 stars.

I can't say enough good things about the Rexall pharmacy and gift shop! I worked there for a little over a year for some extra cash the owner Jason is awesome and so is his staff! great customer service and especially a great gift shop and pharmacy. I continue to get my medication there and I also continue to buy gifts for my family and friends there also cards. another great thing is that they have gift wrapping with purchases $5 and over and they do a great job! New patients get a $5 off coupon on the gift shop

The people inside are so wonderful!! They are like family. Knowledgeable about your medications, with good prices. They have your back. The place has many wonderful things to look at and shop for a special present. Complimentary gift wrapping always. Great selection of cards for every occasion. First place I shop for something extra special. 💜

Best pharmacy around. Excellent customer service. The staff really take care of you. The owner cares and is always there to help. I drive several miles out of my way to go here. It can be hard to find good service these days so It’s worth my time and the drive.

The best pharmacy service you will find, anywhere! Jason has caught dangerous combinations I have been prescribed by doctors, and Allen is very knowledgable in homeopathic medicine, something relatively new to Rexall, complementing their many services and products. In the gift shop you'll find anything from toys to jewelry, lovely lotions to beautiful clothing. Not to mention the recent addition of Harmony Creamery Ice Cream , likely the best you'll ever taste! Ask to try it, and tell them Sue sent you!

I go here for prescriptions and gifts. As a guy I have a hard time shopping for some women in my life and the staff always finds something great. The pharmacy is top notch and has the best prices around for what I need. Family run and it shows!

Very friendly atmosphere and provided with the most knowledgeable pharmacists (Jason) I have ever encountered.. always respectful and super nice. I look forward to actually going there for a few just to browse around while waiting for my rx's. I recommend this pharmacy to the honest patient. Don't mess this place up

I like dealing with a local pharmacist and Jason is very thorough and prompt when it comes to getting my prescription filled . Staff are always pleasant both in person and on the phone. Good place to get a locally made gift as well.

Locally owned and operated by a wondweful family that is clearly dedicated to serving their community, LO Rexal is a local landmark.
They have new staff, friendlier & more energetic than previous employees, it's a real pleasure to shop there now.
In addition to being an old-school pharmacy that delivers in an emergency (who does that anymore?) they have a totally precious baby/kids department, and an amazing gift shop.
They really are the only place to shop in Los Osos for anything besides food and gas.
