Rite Aid

I love coming to this pharmacy and Los Osos at Rite Aid. The pharmacy techs are so knowledgeable, kind, and caring. The customer service is 5 stars. The line moves quickly. They refill my prescription‘s earlier than expected after I call in a refill. I always get text alerts when my prescriptions are ready for pick up which is very convenient. This is a five star pharmacy in my opinion. I’m sending everyone at this pharmacy my love. Keep up the wonderful customer service. Thank you so much for all of your hard work.

RiteAid may be a big chain, but the folks at my RiteAid make it feel like an welcoming and caring member of our community. I'm very satisfied with service at the pharmacy as well as the store at large, I'm talkin' about you Brian.

The Los Osos Pharmacy team is hands down the most professional, knowledgeable, and personable group of people. Im always greeted with a smile and by name... and always feel cared about!!!

Well kept & clean store. Friendly staff always willing to help with a smile. If they do not have rare prescription in stock they will try their best to get it for you quickly and call you when it comes in. By far the best Rite Aid in the area. I refuse to shop anywhere else for my prescriptions, personal health and beauty supply needs.

When I was sick with covid I called this store with an order. It was processed quickly and I picked it up- including food, laundry and sanitizing supplies and OTC meds. This store has always been great but they really shined when I had a great need. Gemma was the employee who met me at my car after taking the order.

Staff is always helpful and the ice cream is as good as ever. I can always count on Rite Aid any time of day or night, they are one of only a few stores left in the area that are open 24 hours a day. That's a must for me and The Midnight Munchy Madness that goes on at my house in the wee hours of the morning. Thanks Rite Aid..

Never had a bad time here. They have the cheapest beef jerky's $1. I also buy all my prescriptions from these folks. They do their best, and I appreciate them.

I have been using the Los Osos pharmacy and their professional staff for 9+ years. As a resident I can say it's the most reliable and consistent pharmacy in Los Osos.
I shop 1st Wednesdays and get deals and prices as good as Walmart without the drive and side show.
I like it!

Stocking issues would normally make me give this store a 4 star rating but the friendly and helpful staff make up for it.

Amazing staff that was super friendly!! Stopped in on a road trip this store had everything I needed. They even have their own ice cream bar so awesome I haven’t seen any of them sense I was a kid! We need more places like this good on you guys! 👍🏻
