Out of all the times I've been to Halo Diagnostics, this one is the best (Indio, CA). My technician, Carmita, for my elastography exam is the most kind and gently person I have met. I recommend this place

I was very impressed with the facility in Indio, I received an order from my Dr., and by the next day. I had already had my appointment scheduled. I went the following day to have my imaging test done, I walked into the office. I was welcomed and with a smile. The secretary at the desk was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and experience. The paperwork that I had to complete was basically already done for me. It was typed out, and all I needed to do was review and sign. This made it so much easier for me to complete my experience. Within 10 minutes the technician had called me back and had, my imaging done within 20 minutes. As I was walking out, the girls at the front desk both said to me have a great rest of your day. Very impressive to say the least. Total time in the office and to have the imaging done. Was approximately 35-45 minutes. I would definitely recommend HALO DIAGNOSTICS for anyone who is seeking any type of imaging done. They are fantastic. Had my first ultrasound, and was a bit anxious. Carmita was my technician, and she was amazing! She made me feel comfortable, and answered whatever questions I had. The atmosphere was professional and courteous.

Carmina gave me one of the best experience being the first with a Kaiser Permanente. Very nice nurturing but when she applied the jell for my ultrasound and it was warm and not cold like have experienced before, I knew I was in great hands. Thank you Carmina WELL DONE 👏 👏👏

Very pleasant experience with scheduling, front desk check in. Wait time was acceptable. My experience with Carmita was very comforting and calming before ,during and after my imaging appointment with her. Great customer service with care and friendly service. Great explanation of every part of the procedure.

Thanks to Celeste at the front desk and Albert and Paola in the back for making what is usually a very stressful experience into a good one! I'm giving them all an A+.

This is my first pregnacy and I enjoyed my visit here! I was seen by Carmita, she was super sweet throught the ultrasound and patient with me. She took the time to answer any questions I had and made the environment in the ultrasound room feel comfortable. She is definetly someone I would reccomend to be seen by. Love it!

They are very friendly and very helpful when making your appointment. Carmita was very friendly and did my ultrasound quickly or what seemed quickly. I was so relaxed I didn’t even realize how long I was there for. Definitely would want to go back for any imaging I need.

My ultrasound tech Carmita was amazing. She was explaining everything she was doing to me and had such a sweet demeanor. Very informative and helpful. This is about my 5th ultrasound and this is by far the best experience out of all of them.

Halo has the best Physician's reading MRI's, CATScans, the doctors read any problem area's, in that area that they are doing MRI's and CATScan so I was having my spine xrayed, and they picked up on that my kidneys were swollen as well as my uriters.

Carmelita was my technician she did an awesome job great customer skills, and the front desk as well great employee.
