I brought my son for his first time to buy skate shoes. And Drew helped us. He made the experience special for my son and I, by talking to my son-not just me-to ask him what he was looking for in a skate shoe. He made lots of good suggestions and with his help found the perfect one. Would definitely go back to have him help us.

After having a not so great experience, we were contacted by the distract manager who went well out of his way to go above and beyond to rectify the previous experience. Drew is the distract manager and has the best customer service I've ever experienced and went well out of his way to make it right. Very kind and understanding gentleman. I couldn't find a fit because they don't have half sizes but the employees were so nice and helpful.
