At the time I finally found Agency One I had just about ran out of options I had reached out and signed up with 4 other Insurance Companies, last one told me if I bought this $681.00 water detector he could guarantee me insurance because I was showing good faith and 1 by 1 I was denied insurance! The last company that denied me was gracious even to give me the number of an independent insurance agent, finally gave me several numbers of companies that might be able to help, luckily for me I started with the A in the list. When I called Monique Avila answered the phone, right away she made me feel that she could help me, she has a very calming personality and she told me she was pretty sure she could help me, but by now I wasn't sure but after about an hour she reached back out to me and I started the journey of finally having insurance. Monique was my life saver and from that moment on I felt I was in good hands! Her sensitivity and care she gave me was a godsend! I will always recommend Agency One because of Monique and how she was there for me in a very desperate time for me! Thank you Monique you have been a joy to work with! I've used Agency One for 6 years. It is so nice to not ever have to deal directly with the insurance companies. They have also saved me so much money over the years. Due to my work schedule it has been hard for me to go in person and fill out documents that I need for the vehicles that I have . But every time I call Delila has been very helpful and fast. Just couple weeks ago I couldn’t drive my motorcycle out of the Harley store without insurance and Delila was able to help me in a fast and professional manner. She was also able to help with the insurance cards to be able to get a rental while my vehicle was in the dealership being worked. She has been a great help.
