Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I scheduled an appointment using the online scheduler. I selected the next day in the morning and thought I would get a call for a different date. But, tech arrived during the 4!hour window. He made a thorough assesment of the gas valve in our fireplace and determined it was not in need of repair. I was amazed that he didn’t immediately say he wanted to tear out everything and the cost would be thousands. He was professional and honest. Would use again.

We originally called Roto-Rooter to address some leaks that continued to pop up around our property that we have owned since 2014. Jorge was the first person to show up, the same day we called the company. After observing a couple of the areas that we were having trouble with, he suggested an entire replacement of the water main. Additionally, he had asked me about the location of our septic. It is embarrassing to say, but I did not realize that we were on sceptic. The major concern was the lack of septic maintenance for so many years. The next day Jorge and team began the work and over the next couple of long days, they replaced our main complete with new shutoff valve/spout combo next to the home, located and serviced our septic and modified the septic making it easy to access. Without the knowledge and work ethic that the team exhibited over those few days, my wife and I would have been in a very bad and expensive situation with the septic and our leaking water main.

The service technicians did an excellent installation of my water heater within a very short time. My call to them was answered quickly and an appointment set up for the next day. The staff that came explained the conditions that warranted a replacement. Safety conditions and code conditions were covered in a clear understandable way. The replacement was accomplished the same day without having to wait for another appointment. This was the first time I used Roto-Rooter but I would definitely call on them again.

The only reason I’m giving you’ll 5 stars ONLY because of Ray who came out to look at what was needed and with a great personality. After he call back to the office to get the price I almost feel out of my chair. To ask for 1,700.00 to adjust the stopper in the bathroom sink and change out the handle from the toilet that’s outrageous. I turn and someone and was charge 300.00. I’m sure some people will think nothing of paying what you’ll ask for but, I say this with nothing but respect, you’ll keep charging customers crazy prices you won’t be in business long.

This 5 star review goes to Tony for his kind demeanor and professional attitude. You could not be cooler than this guy. He arrived quickly to snake a drain, alas- to no avail, as it seems our septic tank has an issue.

My only eyebrow raise is at what Roto-Rooter charges- holy moly, sky high. Obviously this is not Tony's fault. Holy moly, though, RR- your rates are on the "both arms, both legs, and firstborn child" level- astronomical.

I would absolutely recommend Tony as a plumber himself, but I unfortunately will not be paying just shy of $400 for a snaking ever again (and they won't give you prices over the phone, either).

My kitchen sink would not unclog no matter what I did. I called to have it looked at and Tilden was very patient with me. I was even running late to the appointment with him as I have been trying to balance prenatal appointments and the death of my father. It was extremely expensive, but I talked to him the whole time about what could have caused it and he was extremely personable and gave me a lot of information that I wouldn’t have known otherwise. He didn’t make me feel like a bother at all while I was watching what he was going. He has a great attitude as well! Glad he was able to help!

There service was awesome . They explained everything ingress details. They were very hard workers and did a huge job in 2 days. 1 of those days it was thunder and lightening and they set up s canopy and continued to work. The next day was 90 plus degrees and they continued to work.All the workers were awesome from the first one that came out Alex followed by Christian and the rest of the guys that helped. Thank you so much for making me feel comfortable with such a big job and working hard to get in done . You all rock !!!

Reached out at 9pm and got a prompt response. Was able to schedule for the next morning. When dispatch confirmed the serviceman was on the way he arrived on time. Job was finished quickly and professionally.

I had a gas leak at my stove/wall, Christopher came out same day on a Saturday night. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel 100% confident in his ability & experience to fix my gas leak and make me feel safe, he was done in 30 minutes. He even came back in after putting his tools away to to confirm my leak was repaired because I was nervous, he went out of his way to ensure I felt confident and safe. Will definitely use Christopher with Roto-Rooter the next time I need anything heating/plumbing/gas related. Thank you Christopher!

I was able to get an appt quick and easy. The tech was good in explaining things. He took care of the problem. Thus far the toilet has not leaked. The value was a bit elevated in my opinion, but hopefully the job will last. Valves and flapper were changed and screws tightened. 👍🏼 I am awaiting a copy of the invoice with the warranty for the job which I was told I would get in email ? Thanks !

Absolute professionals. Lee and his crew were amazing. They took the time to explain things. They were thorough. They cleaned up after themselves. They were extremely sweet. They actually fixed the problem. We will DEFINITELY only use them in the future.

Marcos was kind, responsive, and upfront about everything from the minute he arrived. Took the time to explain what was going to be done, and was very personable in his delivery. Made an expensive emergency situation feel a little less like a terrible day and that really means a lot to me and my family. Thank you for your hard work and we appreciate your professionalism.

Our Toilets were not working. They changed the parts. This company was very quick and responsive. Excellent job! Daniel is very professional. He explained to me what needed to be done, got the parts needed and fixed everything quickly. I highly recommend it.

We had an issue with our sewer line. I called several companies and left messages. Well guess what? No response from them for several ours. I placed a call to Roto-Rooter and got a live person who was very helpful and insured me that someone would be there in less than 2 hours. well within 45 min. I had Juan Rico the project manager at my front door wanting to know what we were having problems with. I showed him what was happening. he explained several options that they could take. He insured me that Christian Mendez would be here in less than an hour to help fix the drainage issues.
To his word Christian was on time. Christian took a look at the problem and shook his head. He then took out a camera snake and showed me what the issues were. He asked if we poured grease down the drain. I said no way. But we are the second owners of this house. When looking at the stuff that came out he pointed out the hard grease and calcium build up. The calcium was do to the hard water in this area and the grease was because of the previous owner. We will not have the calcium problem because when we moved in I installed a water softener plus we do not pour grease down the drains. To make a long story short. These 2 guys are the BOMB!!!!

The service was fabulous. My outdoor drains work, before any rain. I wish I hadn’t waited so long, the problem of roots in my drains couldn’t have fixed itself and I wasted time trying to do it myself. I’m going to ask them back for regular maintenance rather than end up in the same situation again.

My beautiful daughter flushed a toilet bowl freshener, plastic arm and all the other day. This was my first call for a plumber, ever, so I had no idea what to expect and was afraid the price tag would rival my rent. The lady that answered the phone was friendly and helpful. She told me it was a busy day but he would be able to come same day, but after 3. That was fine, the chances of it being less clogged over time was a solid 0%. The gentleman that came to fix it was very friendly. I don't let strange men into my home lightly but he gave off a very comfortable vibe. He was able to fix it quickly and for less than we originally thought it would cost. The price was very reasonable considering I'm 45 miles away and it was same day service. I will definitely call them next time something happens!

Christian and his team were awesome. So many guys to say thank you. A great team that new why they were there. Each guy very professional and polite. I would recommend the Roto-Rooter team for anybody who wants the job done right weather outside drainage to restoration....thanks again guys

Had an emergency with my bathtub as the handle broke and water wouldn't stop running. I called Roto-Rooter and they told me they couldn't get anyone out before for 4 hours. Amazingly, their entire team worked together to make my request urgent and they arrived within the hour and fixed the issue. I was very impressed.

The technician assigned arrived and quickly assessed the problem. He began working on the problem and was relentless on being sure it was fully resolved. He was friendly, courteous, informative and very positive. He is outstanding in providing service and gaining customers trust while performing the needed work. I would consider him a great asset to your company.

I decided to have my house drain system cleaned out with their High Pressure Jetter. They came on time, did the job I wanted. The price was fair, and I am a satisfied customer. I have used Marcos in the past and should the need arise, I will use him again.
