Lynali Electric

I bought a new track home construction in 2017. It came with home automation controller that started having issues Dec.2020. Called the company and they directed me to contact the installer, Lynali Electric, and they even escalated case numbers to him. Left 2 messages with his assistant the first 2 week before he literally just stopped taking ANY calls. I come to find out a month later he doesn't want to work with the technology he installed anymore. Fair; that's his right to choose what he does and doesn't do. But don't be in the automation company's installer network/system and ignore 2 escalations or a customer's phone call directly just because you don't want to deal with it. Just talking on the phone is a bare minimum to customer service. I literally called his number over 16 times over the course of 6 weeks.

If he had just stated his intentions sooner then I could have worked with another installer to fix the issue 5 weeks ago.
