Great customer service, amazing flower arrangements. Over exceeded my expectations. Ordered center pieces and bridal bouquet. Perfect colors to match wedding décor. Staff was very helpful and on time. I recommend for any event you are having.

I ordered flowers for my mom for St Patrick's day. The picture was yellow roses and these beautiful green bulb type flowers, the bouquet was to be green and yellow and was in a nice green vase. I ordered on the 8th for delivery on the 17th in the AM. The flowers arrived at 4pm on the 17th and on the 18th around 9am they were drooping and dead. When they were delivered they were a bit brown on the edges but had no idea they were dying. Called the florist (they were open) no answer so left a message, called again Sunday (they were closed) no answer Left another Message, when they did not answer on Monday I called Avas which is the company they have you order through. They agreed to have the flowers redelivered in 3 days!!! Wow really? They also requested that we have the first arrangement there to be picked up. They came and delivered the flowers and picked up the first batch. Completely surprised to be handed a bouquet that was 1/2 the size of the one ordered and this was white and red and with carnations. Nothing as described in the ordered and sure not the correct size. Called Avas back to let the florist know that it was unacceptable and ISLA FLORAL refused to fill the request. They said the flowers were accepted (by a third party, not by recipient) and that was that. So I paid $70 for 3 red roses 6 carnations, some daisies and greenery...Could have bought a better bouquet at Costco for $14.99 What a rip off this store is! BEWARE BEFORE YOU ORDER THEY DO NOT CARE WHAT THEY SEND, THEY HAVE NO PRIDE IN THEIR BUSINESS OR PRODUCTS AND WILL NOT REDO YOUR ORDER!!!

Horrible Customer Service. They delivered the wrong flowers with no balloons to my wife. I called back and they said they won't deliver the correct flowers until the pick up the flowers first so they can see them. First and last time i will ever order flowers from this place.

Ordered through Teleflora yesterday...and flowers were delivered by Isla's.
Everything that could go wrong did.
