Excellent service! I called before going and the owner took my sons car quickly. The owner was not feeling too well this morning(due to sudden back pain) but managed to complete the smog check and maintained a positive demeanor. I felt bad that he was in pain, I hope he's feeling better to continue providing excellence smog check service. I was able to get my sons car stickers at AAA office once the smog check cleared so I am grateful the smog check was completed. Thank you!!!

“Do you have the dmv paper” just as I finish saying no he hands me a clipboard “don’t worry about it. Name, phone number, signature” he said while pointing to fields on a clipboard-backed paper. As I fill it he reached in my window, unlocked my door, opened the door and scanned the door tag with the trained precision of a seasoned professional. As I sit in the jiffy lube lobby waiting for my sufficiently maintained automobile to be returned to service, I bask in the certainty that this is the best place in at least a 10 mile radius for this operation. Before I finish writing that last sentence, he opens the lobby door and announces my name. I follow him to the iron steed where he affirms everything is typical, and the dmv has been electronically notified as such. I thank him and graciously offer my 2% cash back visa. He thanks me for my patronage and I am on with my day. Two years ago, the interaction was similar. This is the kind of business I aspire to rely on for every need.

Friendly, fast, and cheap. He got my large compensating truck in the small bay real quick and easy. In and out maybe took 15 minutes. Used a coupon from Valpak in the mail, takes competitor coupons as well. My go to now. Thank you.
