I visited there for regular 50 K maintenance and to fix my 2 busted 12 volts plug in, service appears good, they really fixed it right on time, highly recommended. I mean " Diamond Ford in Auto Mall" The Service Department guys they are all pleasant.

Be ready to negotiate -- the price on the window -- will be the actual price. On a cash deal -- negotiate the eighty-four , warranty. The dealer wants three thousand, yet --- I watch someone get that warranty for half.

Awesome customer service, they always try to get you in and out of service fast. They Take great care of your vehicle.

I took my car in and was over joyed with my service. My only con was they had wrong number on file so I didn't hear anything until I called in. They just need the ability to change a costumers phone number. On the computer. Great service other than that.

My experience here was amazing when my wife bought her car that I had to come back and buy a car for myself! I highly recommend buying a sandwich in the deli style kiosk. 5 star service for sure!

We went t Lancaster Honda and could not believe how few cars are available at ANY dealers. We lucked out and with DANIELS help drove home in a new CRV. If you go there you should ask for DANIEL. He's a great guy and very knowledgeable. He won't steer you wrong!

Made an appointment Bar Oil Change diesel and wash. They said it would take 2 hours and it did. Good service advisor good service I would use them again.
