Ross Furniture

Made a random stop, hoping too support a smaller furniture store , that was a mom and pop style. I was super impressed by the quality and selection , I decided I'd buy a piece of furniture, I was able to locate something wonderful. I asked about custom order of something, the store gave me a few catalog selections based on what I did like in the store. I placed my order, put half of cost as down payment, my order arrived fairly quicklyquickly, a few days. They called and notified when ready for pickup , even put the furniture together for me. So incredible. When i arrived too pay remaining balance owed, they loaded my furniture for me. Was such a incredible and awesome experience.

Don't waste your time at premium furniture next door, they charge more for delivery and everything else. I was in a time crunch and needed a bed and couch towards the end of the day and Ross went above and beyond to help me. If I had all the cash at the time, they would have delivered in right then, instead they let me borrow a twin mattress for the night. They even tied it to the top of my car for me. They gave me a discount for paying cash and the next day they delivered and also helped me with some other furniture that I didn't buy from them. Excellent customer service the whole way. Premium barely spent time with me and they had a annoying program they made you sign in to. If your able to wait a week, you can order some very nice furniture from their catalogs that comes from warehouses in LA

I’ve ordered a formal living room along with a dining room set, and have been very satisfied with their products and services! David have been very helpful and I highly recommend them to all of my patients! Their prices are very reasonable and I would never go anywhere else! I still have more bedroom sets to order and am excited to decorate my whole house with their furnitures!

Purchased our bedrooms and living room furniture at Ross, xlnt prices, very good quality (all wood) furniture, and very good service and delivery. Have been dealing with them since we relocated to the AV ten years ago. Very happy with all our purchases and the service from the Ross staff.

I have been buying furniture off and on for over 15 years with Ross. I have never had a problem and will continue to purchase furniture from them.

Great place, service was great and the gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable and listen to what I wanted and gave me just that. Truly will come back again.
