I had the pleasure of interacting with the gym manager at Crunch Lancaster Steven, and I must say that their professionalism and customer service were truly outstanding. From the moment walked into the gym, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming attitude.

The manager's dedication to ensuring that every member felt valued and supported was evident in their interactions. They were always ready to answer questions, provide guidance on workouts, and offer assistance whenever needed.

Furthermore, the manager's professionalism was exemplary. They consistently maintained a clean and organized gym environment, ensuring that equipment was well-maintained and readily available. Their attention to detail and commitment to safety made me feel comfortable and I was able to renew my membership I love this gym highly recommended.

this is the absolute best gym that i’ve ever gone to. i’ve frequented pretty much every gym out in the AV, but this location takes the cake. The management and staff are amazing- always taking the time to learn your name and chat with you. The actual gym itself has every machine you’d need, tons of free weights, and fake turf! It’s always EXTRA clean in here because their janitorial staff work so so hard! If i could give 10 star, i would’ve already. Shout out Steve for always making me feel welcome and valued!

In my opinion this is the best gym in Lancaster, way better then 24 that’s down the street. It has all the machines you need to focus on each muscle group of your body, plenty of free weights, benches, squat racks, an area you can deadlift and even punching bags. Not only that they good fair prices for what your getting and the employee at the front her name was marline helped me out so well, was well spoken answered any question I had and was completely honest with me about everything, everything she’s told me was true about the gym and always has a positive attitude when I walk in she has amazing customer service.

Great team at this location. This Gym had everything I needed when it came to workout equipment. Clean facility, bathroom and locker room.

This is a very nice location to choose to keep your workouts going with Steve being an incredible manager here ensuring people safety and quality is well kept here. Definitely the reason I stayed a member.

I went to check out crunch fitness to start my workout . It was my first time here, and Steve was so nice and polite . He helped me out a lot . I'll definitely recommend this crunch fitness here at Lancaster .

This place is a perfect place for any first timers or those coming back to the gym. The coaches and the staff are well informed in any situation of working out or dieting. I do recommend this location and others as well.

I love Zumba here at the Lancaster Crunch gym Sandra has the high beat Latin moves short but sweet. Cindy has great choreography. Shawtice has high beat hip hop with a lot of hip and waist movements.

I also love the HIIT program with Haydee. She works the whole body and it’s never the same. Great shock for the body. I haven’t did Reggie’s but I hear he’s great too.

Also I must say this gym is clean and always have wipes to clean the equipment.

The staff are always helpful with anything and greet you when you come in.

Three months in, pretty cool and clean place..no one messes with your routine

It’s a smaller but very convenient gym with friendly staff and members. it’s kept clean which is very nice. the manager steve was great and super helpful

I’ve been with this gym for Almst a year and I love it, came in for a personal trainer and Steve was great with him me and being very detailed with everything. I can’t wait to start training next week.

I love crunch Lancaster. It’s always clean and the staff is super friendly and very supportive. Steve is one of my faves.

So far I’ve had good work out experience here. They have a lots of machines and dumbbells. Each time I go there is always someone cleaning the machines. It can get a little crowded depending on the times u go. I go around 1-3pm and it is not that packed. If you go around 5pm it will definitely be more crowded as people are off of work at that time. Nothing bad to say about this gym. I live closer to the one in East Palmdale but that one is SUPER tiny and compact so I try to avoid hitting that one!

I’m really happy I joined this gym! My over all experience has been wonderful and life changing! The gym is always clean and smells nice, and the locker rooms are always up kept. My most positive experience has been with my personal trainer Reggie, he is EXCEPTIONAL. He has motivated me to change my life and every session I leave feeling far better than I did before. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in personal training- especially beginners. The only downside to attending the gym here is that you occasionally have to wait on machines since everything has been moved outside due to covid (which should be expected given the circumstances). Other than that, I would give this place a hundred stars if I could. Truly a very wonderful gym to go to!
