The park used to be unattractive years ago, however, if there is a problem with tenants, it doesn’t go unnoticed or not dealt with.

Here’s my opinion from observation: Maintenance are super helpful, courteous, and respectful; On-site managers are sweet, thoughtful, and truly care about family’s with children. Especially the children; The main office has a great staff (predominantly the secretary); There are a few residents also there (that I know personally), whom I couldn’t be more grateful for to have been neighbours of.

For a lot of the negative reviews: Most people don’t understand, Its about communication, patience, and understanding.
I’ve lived there about five years. I’m only speaking upon the larger part of Ranch Inn (I’m not familiar with the littler side of it in the first area you see with the motor homes in the dirt lot.). The park has a bad rap, but so do most places in the city of Lancaster. You get what you give. It all depends on you.

I rate 3 stars because I feel as though the rent is a little over priced if you don’t own your own unit. With that, however, most places are in Lancaster.

Recap: Like I said, nothing goes unnoticed and doesn’t get dealt with. The park overall has a strong team.

I still live here. I own a travel trailer and we put up a fence, added some lights, a shed, and plan on doing more work to make this comfortable for us. The community here is not so great, and we don't yet have access to washers and dryers - which is a bummer because it means we need to drive out to do laundry. But, I enjoy the freedom of living in a park; and the main office folks have been good to us - kind and respectful. Also, this place is reasonably priced for LA county and that highly offsets any negative thoughts about it.
