Fries and zucchini in the bag upside down , told 3 kids working, including manager. They all just said oh , no apologies just rude . No complaints department either.

We have such great service every time we come in.
The staff are friendly and helpful, even when I forget to add the right sides to my order and have to update after the order is being prepared.

My husband and I go here often and this is the best Carls Jr. I also want to note that we went inside for dinner tonight and a young lady named Mandy was excellent. She was so sweet and made us feel welcome. She was so sweet to my son! That kind of customer service deserves to be rewarded!

This was my first time visiting this particular Carl's Jr. Best Bacon Western I've had in a long time. Super helpful customer service. Friendly and timely. She was able to split my bill for two different orders in the drive-through. We all ordered something with bacon and the bacon was amazing; the sandwiches were well put together and the list goes on. Only stopped here by chance, but my experience with Carl's Jr in general is that their product has been consistently bad over the years at any of the restaurants I've visited, whether in town or out of town. This was my first positive experience in many years with this brand, and we visited from out of town. I don't know what makes this particular establishment so much better than the rest, but they're doing something right and I hope they keep doing it.

EVERY PLACE IN PLACERVILLE THAT I WANTED TO EAT WAS CLOSED TONIGHT BY 8PM!!! I was getting upset (HANGRY) but then I went to Carl's Js and a very amazing lady named Kelly took my order in the drive thru. She was super helpful in taking my order and even showed she takes pride in her job! She provided the BEST customer service. THANK YOU KELLY

This is the best fast food in town. Always clean, staff is very friendly and brings your order to the table. I have seen how regulars are treated here and could hope for such good service at a 5 start restaurant.

Local placerville locations interior looks great, jalapeño poppers were exceptionally good, and bathrooms were clean.

Almost always a great experience here at this location. Only thing they sometimes forget is what dipping sauce you wanted. Just ask for some extra of whatever you wanted at the window and that'll do the trick. Happy travels y'all!

Went for breakfast burritos. They have, in order of preference, Steak, Loaded, Bacon, and Country. Country has eggs, sausage, and country gravy. The gravy was good but can overpower everything.

The Beyond Western Burger is delicious. Today's visit was good. The gentleman taking the order was very courteous.
