Absolutely love their ham and cheese crescents! And my girls LOVE their donuts. I Absolutely adore the mama bear of the shop!

I had a good time at The Donut Factory, I was in and out very fast today. The lady was very kind, friendly and waited on me while made my decision on which took a little bit, there was a wide variety of donuts there from twists all the way to fritters. My favorite thing was the price, a dozen donut holes only cost 1.55$. Most donut shops do not seem completely clean, but this one definitely was clean, I felt safe eating their food.

Best donuts in placerville awesome apple fritters . And they will fill most donuts with jelly or custard on the spot. Better than Safeway or any apple hill place . Family owned and they are AWESOME I LOVE THIS PLACE AND THE PEOPLE.

I don't have a pic, but let me just say these donuts are the best!!! And the owners are 2 of the sweetest people I know. They always greet me with a smile and how are you doing? They engage in whatever it is you feel like talking about. You can tell they enjoy their customers. I really love this place!

Amazing donuts!!!! The family that runs the business are genuine people.. Haven't really spent enough time to draw any conclusion on the atmosphere, but there is outside seating and the times I have been here I have never been disappointed..

A little piece of Heaven on Earth. They have many of your 'standard' donut creations, but also have some unique home creations of their own. Love the place, and love to stock up when I can to share their delicious munchies with friends when I get the chance. Absolutely Love the Place and Owners, so cool and kind.

Delicious donuts. A big variety. The custard filled chocolate bar are always my go to. My daughter usually get a sprinkle. I also really love there house pastries. The blueberry pastry is to die for.

Get the Maple Bacon Bar : ) Get there early and the bacon is still warm! Also they have the best apple fritters! Perfectly cooked and glazed not too cakey. Yum!!a

The owner was great. I needed a dozen donuts just before they closed and she went out of her way to accommodate me.

Bought a box 12/4/2022; glazed, caramel and chocolate bars, apple fritters etc. Everything was EXACTLY perfect!! Everything a donut should be, fritter with real bits of apple it was donut heaven!
