I had an urgent need for a chair. They worked it out so I walked out the door with a fully assembled chair to meet my disability needs.

Please don't fire the employee who answers the phone for the tech department. The lack of any basic customer service was clearly evident bye the end of the phone call. Employee claimed to be new. So if you call with a geniue question don't expect much in the way of help.
