I've been looking for a company to do printing and embroidery for my startup for weeks. After finding ULogoUp, I immediately knew they were going to be who I used. Ron had fantastic service, and helped me a ton. I can't wait to make my next order with them. 6/5, absolutely awesome.

Ulogoup was so easy to work with. I emailed and explained what I was looking for and they helped me create and design what I wanted. Even threw a curve ball with a quick design change on a couple shirts and they made it work. Quick, dependable and helpful. Highly recommend them for any of your business printing needs.

I delivered my shirts to the owner over two months ago and he's nearly ghosted me since. This was not his normal pattern of behavior, so I'm not sure what's happened. He'll read my texts and won't respond. He won't return voicemails. He won't reply to emails. At this stage, the company has stolen my clothing with zero intentions of returning it to me. I love to support small businesses but this is out of control. I highly suggest not giving them your business.

I ordered 6 shirts in July 2023 it is now November 2023 and still don’t have them. I have called and emailed many times. I have never heard back from the emails that I sent. When I call and someone does answers it’s the owner he always has some excuse and tells me he needs to look into it and needs to call me back. I have never got one phone call back. I have tried and tried but I have had no help. I have asked for my money back or the shirts and still haven’t received either. I would NOT recommend using them for products they have horrible customer service, zero communication and just don’t seem to care about their customers.
