The Dillinger

We were able to just walk in for lunch and the hostess just let us choose whichever table we wanted. Service was good even with all the other tables being occupied. They were very attentive. The food was delicious. We had the Dillinger burger which was messy but good! The gangster fries were very full of flavor. Onion rings could use more of a crisp.

For my first time eating in Boulder City, I went to The Dillinger. I am so happy I did. The food is absolutely delicious. The mobster theme is a lot of fun. And the service is excellent! Tiffany, our server, was so polite and helpful. I cannot recommend The Dillinger enough.

The Dillinger was a super find after a trip to Hoover Dam. Service was great! Friendly and quick. The 45 Special burger was very tasty and big! The Sweet Potato Fries were the best I've had anywhere. My son had The Dillinger burger, and it was piled high with beef brisket and bacon...he couldn't even finish it all. Onion rings were just right. Prices were good given the quality and quantity. From someone who used to write reviews for locally owned restaurants (in WV), I would highly recommend this place if you're in/around Boulder City, NV.

Always consistent and tasty! Dog friendly outdoor tables, too! Don't forget the fries! They're amazing!
The chopped salad's dressing is so fresh, not sweet, and perfect with the meal. Black bean burger is as large as any other burger, and moist!

This is a really cute place. I loved the old time "gangsta" decor from the front door handles to the vintage posters. I'm a tourist, never been to Boulder City before, never been to Nevada before. The service staff was helpful and attentive and sweet.

I'm a super picky eater and if I eat half of anything I order, I'm doing well. I cleaned my plate. I had the first item on the sandwich menu, the BBQ Brisket sandwich. It was off the chain marvelous. I would order it again in a second.

My only regrets are that I am 2,000 miles away and have no idea when I will go near that part of the country. If this place was closer I would go back and order everything on the menu. I'm serious, if I'm within 50 miles of Boulder City ever again, I would go back to The Dillinger.

The food was absolutely delicious and there was plenty of it. I had a prime rib sandwich that was piled high with tender sliced roast. The large side of Asian slaw was also very flavorful. We shared a couple of interesting starters. Dillin fries and unusual deep fried spicy pickles in wonton skins. Both were good. We enjoyed local brewed IPAs with our meal.

Came here twice. One time with a friend to grab a beer and this time came back after my hike to get lunch. The food here is delicious. Everything we had was favorable and great portions. The Dillinger burger is on point and the batter on the onion ring was crispy, perfect. They should offer fish and chips because that batter will be perfect on the fish!

This place has the best burgers I've had in all of Nevada. I make the commute to Boulder just for these at least once a month and it's well worth the trip. Quality and consistency are always on point, and everyone has always been super friendly and cool.

The burgers were amazing! I had the Yakuza burger, Asian inspired and delicious. My husband had the Dillinger, and the brisket topped burger was flavourful and stacked! The staff is hard working, friendly, and kind. Worth a stop after visiting Hoover dam.

Pretty nice local restaurant in Boulder. Reasonable price, good portion, and good drink selection.

Wow! What a gem. We googled places to eat while coming through town and thought a gangster themed restaurant could be cheesy, or cool. We were pleasantly surprised! From the second we walked in, we were greeted and seated, and had drinks in a flash. All the staff there seemed to work as a team, creating a very positive atmosphere. The food recos were bang on. I highly recommend popping in if you aren’t sure where to eat in Boulder City!

Wow, hidden gem inside BC. Food was amazing and did not disappoint, place is known for their burgers so we ordered the Dillinger and the Capone
Both amazing and the surprise winning combination are the FRIES! Service was great you can tell the staff are more life family than coworkers. Great local spot will come back again

The burgers are always great, and they have many options to select from. Their salads are also wonderful and quite large. My wife rarely finishes hers. The Happy Hour specials on beer and wine are priced good, and the pour on the wine was as expected. My only knock is the surcharge on credit card transactions. This is yet another way businesses add on additional fees so they can keep their menu prices a bit lower. I know most bars want you to pay in cash, but many of us don't carry cash these days.

I love this spot. The Dillinger burger is fantastic. Everyone I’ve had lunch there with has enjoyed the food and the cool atmosphere. We have had great customer service as well. If you are in Vegas and planning a trip to Boulder, give this local team a try. You won’t be disappointed.

A great and unique spot to enjoy a tasty gourmet burger. A ton of different burger options on the menu to choose from and you can't go wrong with any of them. Always a must stop when in Boulder City!
