I had a AEP representative call me from this office, regarding a car accident 2023 that occurred in my front yard and damaged the utility pole. 1YEAR AGO. January 2024 the damaged pole is still standing!! She informed me that I had to make the calls to the cable companies to have the cable lines moved.. REALLY??? AEP has no problem slapping increases on the customer every 3-6 months and also wants to pass the buck on the service work too! She stated she doesnt have the time to put into this?? She receives a paycheck right?, why is AEP letting this go on? she said that AEP receives a ONE TIME FEE from the cable co.'s to attach their lines to a AEP pole, then why should it become my problem? I am not willing to let this sit on the side lines!! I pay HIGHLY for my electric services!!!!!!!!

This is the second time my power has went out early on and you guys still haven't got it on after 5 hours, last time I had to wait 8 hours before the power even came back on
