McDonald's

You don't need me to tell you, it's McDonald's food. It's good enough and quick.

Drive through was super busy but nobody else was inside for breakfast. Workers seemed very stressed but were polite and got the order out quickly despite that.

They have the touch screen ordering and seating there but not very many parking spots. Outdoor seats available at the front as well.

Inside looked clean and in good shape.

Side note, the mcgriddle buns are sold with no 'sandwich' as an option on the touch menu with no extra steps needed and that is very convenient since it's the only reason I ever go there.

Great atmosphere they get my order right every time

The place is always clean, our food has been hot every time we stop by and every time we have gone inside the customer service has been great.

The woman at drive through tonight (9/7/23 11:58pm) who took my order was absolutely amazing. I wish I could’ve caught her name so I could call the manager directly and tell them how amazing she is. She had a great attitude, was very kind and considerate. I have honestly never had an experience liek this at any McDonalds; she made this one of the best. I hope this reaches her and she gets the recognition she deserves.

My dad and I go through the drive-through 3 days a week for breakfast. The employees are always very nice and work diligently to get your order ready in a timely manner!!

Big order early in the morning and they did an awesome job.

Quick service. I ordered at the dining room kiosk. They gave me my drink cups as soon as I got to the pick up counter. My order was ready before I had filled my first drink cup. This was during the noon time rush too. Excellent service. They were moving the drive-thru lines quickly and the orders were correct.

Drive Thru service was excellent! Staff was friendly and I LOVED 😍 ❤ their new shirts!!! 👕 💕 Accidentally received additional deserts with my order. Was unable to return them. I felt bad. Being in the food service industry though, I completely understood! Mistakes happen.

Stopped in just as Dining room closed with a van full of teenagers. Knowing that all those kids would take FOREVER in the drive-thru with individual orders, I knocked on the dining room door, and they actually answered! I kept everyone outside at the tables in front, but they gave their orders to a crew member who wrote them all down, and processed the transaction inside, before bringing everyones food out to them!
Superb customer service! The crew members never once showed frustration or aggravation, delivering world-class service with smiles!
For going the extra mile, I give 5 stars and 2 very enthusiastic thumbs up!

They always move fast and if they mix up an order they just fix it no problems... I have a couple favorite employees for sure!
Seriously, if your order is wrong just so them to fix it. They will.

Let me tell you something... I went there at like, 12 or 1am.. you know, later on at night, when the employees should be normally tired & crabby by this time but... I WAS WRONG! These 2 girl employees were just the opposite! They were friendly & accommodating. The girl, who took my order, asked me to pull up so they could make my FRESH french fries ;) As I paid, I requested ranch. The 2nd girl, less than 2 minutes later, handed me my bag. I knew I was getting on the highway & wanted to be sure I had my ranch for the drive home, so I asked 2nd girl if she put it in my bag, to double check? Nope. She said she forgot. Even though she heard the drive thru girl say it out loud as I was paying. She had to go back inside, prop open the locked door, and I said "I'll come to the door to save you the possible and accidental lock out" She said that's ok. For the goof, she was apologetic & gave me like 5 ranches. WAY 2 many, but good if needed for a future use. Yummy 4 Tummy.

We stopped here on our way home from a camping trip and the whole Family agreed that this was the best McDonald's we've been to in a VERY long time. The girl working the drive thru was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. (we had some questions, we pretty much stopped eating at McDonald's a few years ago because of Multiple all around bad experiences at various locations) The food came out fast hot and fresh.. HUGE improvement over our past experiences with this franchise.

Every time I go here for breakfast very early in the morning the ladies that work there are so fast and very friendly. Without a doubt the best, fastest service in the trigger state area and I've been to many of the McDonald's in pgh and West Virginia.

Went to this McDonalds on Sunday at 11:30 am, the drive thru line was around the building. I went inside to eat, stood at counter for over 5mins, the manager finally looked over and said she would be with me when she got a chance. I just looked at her and said are you serious. She the said is that not good enough for you. I said that I have been waiting for a while then she made a smart comment about not being able to hear me because I was wearing a mask. Since when are drive-thru customers more important than eatin? This manager should be fired. I told her Wendy's was just up the street. I'll never go back there!!

The food was excellent, the service was very friendly and the girl at the first window was very bubbly and pleasant and enjoyed interacting with the public!

This is one of the better McDonald's locations. Order was correct. Restaurant was clean. Service was good. It seems like every other McDonald's I've visited messes up some part of the order every time. The manager was present at the front of the kitchen coaching the team, this obviously plays a big role in the performance of this location. Thanks for this great experience.

You are a wonderful blessed man who saw I was in a panic not having my credit card or cash at checkout. Words cannot express the way you treated me with dignity, respect and kindness. Not only was my order delicious, but the service was excellent and the best I have ever had at a McDonald’s. Although I do not frequent fast foods a lot, I will definitely come back to Weirton location because of your assistance, Kindness, great meal and last but not least, your genuine positive attitude in helping customers.
