9-14-2023. My lovely bride and I visited the Wendy's on Three Springs Drive, in Weirton, West Virginia, and had a most delightful experience. Paris greeted us upon entry and offered assistance. She smiled and made eye contact. We placed our orders and Paris ensured they were correct, accepted my payment and issued a receipt. She thanked me and said the order would be out soon. Within two minutes, the order was ready and was perfect! My chicken nuggets were hot and delicious as were the fries. They tasted like they were freshly made. Betty's hamburger was perfectly crafted according to her instruction. We were very happy with this experience today and recommend Paris and this Wendy's location to family and friends.

They've gotten my order wrong a couple times through the drive-thru when I tell them no onions and they still put it on but it's still pretty good food It just seems like some days are better than others I wish you guys would bring back the breadsticks that you used to have a long time ago. I used to order them whenever I was in middle school at the wellsburg Wendy's. They were the best! BRING BACK THE BREADSTICKS!!!

Don't even bother coming here for breakfast. Nine times out of ten have gotten my order wrong after making me wait because they never have any seasoned potatoes made.

I always use the efficient tandem drive through windows. Very fast service and friendly young future supervisors and managers to make the afterthoughts of your visit help to make your savory meal a delight as well.

I come through the drive thru on my work break and over the last couple of weeks there has been a really nice girl I never saw working here before working the drive thru. I asked her name today and thanked her for getting my order right. Her name is April! She's super friendly and my order has been spot on! Just wanted to thank her publicly! Keep up the good work April!

My daughter went through the drive-thru, and they forgot part of our order. I called, spoke to manager (Vicky), and she immediately took care of things for me. When I went back to get the rest of the order, they were all very kind. In times like this, it's refreshing to have workers who are still nice, who still value their customers. Oh, and the food was so good. So unlike a lot of places, right now (with the pandemic), who just throw a meal together, regardless.

Love Wendy's ❤ but the only thing I don't like is never ever do i get hot fries 😫 so I have to get baked potato and I work late nights as a server and by time I get there you're out of baked potatoes 🥔.

1st this is one of the best Wendy's around, they always go above and beyond to make sure you're happy. So polite and professional it makes you feel good as a customer. Always made the way you want and fresh. They all deserve a raise.thank you

Love Wendys. I've been to a few later at night let's says past 10 and I always get the same thing baconator combo but instead of regular fries I get chili cheese fries. Been to 3 other ones that always say the chili is done for the night. Never an issue here. Never had a bad experience yet. Foods always pretty fresh. Friendly employee's.

I get a sandwich through the drive thur. This Wendy's always gets my custom order correct. I'm very Pleased

Well let's just say if it wasn't for their corporate office taking time to talk to me they would have gotten a -5 if I could but corporate took the time to listen to the experience we had and took steps to reassure me that no one else would have that kind of experience so I'm giving them a five star because of that and because I believe everyone deserves a second chance.Thank you Corporate.

Of all the Wendy's this is certainly one. I came here to eat food and that is what happened. Order was correct as I hoped. Greatness was had that day.

Chili is excellent, a few times hamburger meat was dried out not juices. Prices has gone up so high, our area is kinda poverty. Now your competitors across street is Arby's and Eat and Park, Taco Bell (which you can't find the meat in the tacos), and Dairy Queen

Today may 3rd 2021 around 515 pm, I went through the drive through, the line was long and I waited a little bit to order and be served, the girls working all seemed frustrated probably because of being busy a few rude customers, but let me tell you they are doing a great job, the food was fresh, they got my order correct, pat your self on the back

Good & accurate customer service. Also, the food was fresh and the fries were hot!!!
