I absolutely love arby's, it's one of my favorites. I'm glad you guys got the crinkle fries. They're out of this world and the new sandwiches, the Wagu Burger and the All American roast beef. Your Brisket....is out of this world always vary tender....Please don't ever get rid of it. And I cannot forget your delicious reuben.

They are one of the very few fast food places that u can go to anymore that doesn't give u attitude and that remembers to put all your food in your bag and get it right!

I liked the food but the people working there could be nicer. I know working with public can be hard, but the employees should treat each customer with courtesy. Not snapping at them when they ask a simple question.

The cashier was quick and friendly. I had my two dogs with me and she gave them each a treat and talked sweetly to them. I love the new $5 meal deal so my hubby and I were able to eat out on a tight budget for under $11. Great service, great attitude, and great food!

Very clean location and a very cordial staff

Took my family there it was clean and the crew all seemed to be in a good mood, we liked it and they had highchairs for the babies.

The fact I saw people who looked like me made me feel very very very very very comfortable. Us overweight people need moar opportunity and less shame. Also this place gave me a bowl for my cheese instead of a small cup.

My husband loves the fish sandwiches I've tried several different sandwiches they're all really good their staff is amazing and the lady that took our order last time was the best I've ever had she should teach her school she was so good

Went through the drive-thru quick in and out staff was pleasant. Food was hot when I received it.

So I went through your drive through this afternoon in Weirton, WV around a quarter after 12. I have to say the woman at the drive through provided some of the best fast food service I've ever had. She may have even been a manger who stepped in but nonetheless she was leading by a great example. Despite the fact the drive thru had a line forever long and I just showed up to order enough food for a small army she was polite, patient, and prompt. It was raining and I couldn't see a name tag but she exemplified behavior and service any employer would be proud of.

Great food and they have every kind of food u could ever want. This should be the only fast food there is... 🤷‍♂

It was very nice to get back into the weirton Arby's again. The dining room was closed for the longest time. I had a very good experience there today and I will be back.
