Had the most amazing time at Park Motor Inn! Shalonie, the landlord, is the real MVP, seriously the best – she puts so much heart into every little detail. From the cool decorations that set the mood to the overall cozy atmosphere, it's like a home away from home.

And the location is on point – close to Plattsburgh and the Instagram-worthy Lake Placid. Plus, you've got grocery stores, the pharmacy, and even Dollar Tree just walking distance away.

The best part? It's not just safe and quiet; the whole area is perfect for a relaxed stroll. Seriously, if you're ever in need of a comfy spot, especially you, and my fellow travel healthcare travelers, Park Motor Inn is the place to be. Highly recommend it for a comfortable retreat! 🌟

This was nicer than most any two star hotel I've stayed in. We had fresh flowers, clean sheets, and easy parking. I would absolutely stay here again.

Awesome motel, very cute and with fresh flowers in the room! Definitely a classic, it feels like we were in another world while we were here. Also very dog friendly - the only place we could find that didn't charge extra for our pup. The proprietor was helpful and charming - we made a last minute reservation and she left the room ready for us since we'd be arriving after office hours, and then she stopped by to check on us that evening. 100% will come back to this town just to stay here again.

Quiet. Clean. Took out call in the middle of the night for a room. Big room. Decent stay. Good pricing compared with the rest of the area.

The Park is a great value and its new owner Shalonie has made it even better. We had to be in Lake Placid over two days in early December but found prices there crazy, and then as it turned out Breeze Airways does not fly on the day we’d planned to return home, so we needed to stay a bit longer. We opted for the Park as a result of prior stays I made years ago, under different ownership. Shalonie with ease accommodated our shifting schedule, with a smile.

Shalonie has obviously worked hard to make the rooms welcoming, clean, and updated. With E’town’s amenities right at our doorstep, we couldn’t have asked for better, especially at the Park’s reasonable price point. We were cozy and conveniently located a pretty short drive to/from Lake Placid. Dinners were very easy to find in E’town and the nearby pharmacy, grocery store, department store, and coffee shop all within easy walking distance are a great plus when you want various sundries.

In a word: Terrific

All things are relative: Relative to other motels scattered across this country this one gets an A+. Relative to theoretical perfection, this one gets a B +. (Nothing being perfect). Not only is it thoughtfully decorated and managed, but with both taste and intelligence. Quite impressive... and we are travelers who have spent times in hundreds of different motels/hotels. Hard to get even a clean one theses days. Good energy here.

Rooms are very clean, quite and spacious. beds are comfortable . A great place to stay and they have ice cream shop .
